There are a few reasons bulbs can blow, the major one being cheaper bulbs. The elements in cheap bulbs are much thinner and any surge of power, however slight, simply breaks them. Always go for more expensive, better quality light bulbs, its cheaper in the long run. A loose connection in the lamp holder can also cause bulbs to blow. This is because the circuit is not completed as tightly as it could be and the electricity may have cause to "arc" or jump across the contact, rather than simply flowing through it. When this happens it produces more heat in the fitting than is expected or catered for by the bulb, and the bulb can blow. Start out by changing your bulbs to a mo betta bulb...

Spiders are smart. I have a major spider problem at my front door. I keep my coach light on at night and they build their webs all around it. The bugs that are attracted to the light become part of an all u can eat buffet for my spider friends... I love to watch...

You could cut it out in a sized sqaure and then randomly cut out the same square all around the room and then pick a color carpet that looks good with original carpet. It might look kida fashionable. Ive seen tile floors in custom home that were set up like that and looked pretty good...

I would almost guarentee its the meter. I would get them back on the phone and demand they come out and replace the meter. That bitch sitting on the other end of the phone has no idea if the meter is bad or not. Tell them that if they dont you will pull it yourself.
