just wasnt worth the hassle to me, i only had a day or two to give them my answer. overall the car was no gem, i only paid 5 for it. it had 145k on it. it had a couple of the common b5 s4 problems. plus the insurance let me remove my more expensive parts off it like the apr ecu and forge diverter valves so overall i was happy.

i decided to not buy it back, they wanted 2k for it and it just wasnt worth it to me, i dont have the time and energy to part it out and i didnt want to dump any money into gettting it back on the road which would have been probably another 2k. so im taking the money and plan on buying an e55 amg next spring

Name: Boris Location: Lima, oh Contact: pm for more info just like the title says, i have two forge bov valves for sale and an apr stg 2+ ecu the forge valves are in excellent condition with a couple small marks. they are black and can be set up in a couple different ways. they can be set up to full recirc, partial recirc partial blow off or full blow off. spring tension is also adjustable. price: cheapest on ebay is each 175 shipped. ill sell both of mine for $275 shipped http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b331/kliped/2012-10-03_18-29-18_519.jpg http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b331/kliped/2012-10-03_18-28-59_226.jpg the apr ecu is a stg 2+ ecu meaning that it is tuned for high flow filter and exhaust. my car was all stock except a k&n filter and this ecu worked great. apr are some of the most k03 friendly ecu's out there. the ecu has 3 tunes on it. stock tune 9psi, 87 octane gas. 17-18psi 93 octane gas and im not sure of the boost level for the final tune but it requires 100+ octane gas. to switch between the programs you turn the key to run position with the engine off, hold the cruise control set botton in, the check engine light will start flashing. 1 flash every second is 1st program, 2 flashes every second is the 2nd program and 3 flashes every second is the last program. the ecu also has the secondary o2 sensors programed out and the evap valve programmed out so no cels will be thrown for either one of those. this ecu came off an 02 s4, it is an "M" ecu price: $400 shipped no core http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b331/kliped/2012-10-03_18-29-38_641.jpg i also have stern motor mounts, transmission mounts and snub mount. all are brand new never installed. the mounts are set up for street so they have less vibration than the full race version. these are really nice high quality mounts price: $350 shipped http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b331/kliped/2012-10-03_19-08-03_946.jpg lastly i have some audi, audio deck removal keys price: $5 shipped http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b331/kliped/2012-10-03_18-29-50_479.jpg

the verdict is in......totaled. now to contemplate buying it back, no exact numbers yet but they are saying under 3k

i was kind of thinking the same but i wasnt there when he looked at my car, i was at work, i talked to him on the phone after he was done. he told me he wants it to go to a shop so that they can tear it down and see if there is more damage that he didnt see himself. i told him i would only want an audi dealer to work on it and the closest one is 45min away in ft wayne. after i said that he kinda changed gears and said maybe hold off on taking it to a shop until he gets a better understanding of the cars value.
-
honestly, total it. iv heard some nightmares about cars down the road after repairs having more issues. plus i dont know what kind of title the car would have after repairs.
-
My insurance guy told me their policy is 70%
-
Insurance just got done looking at the car, estimates 7k in damage. Not sure yet if totaled
-
if they dont want to much, than maybe.
-
yes they are.

well... like a real man, i use my audi to hunt deer and finally got one quick background, i have a 02 audi s4 with 140k on it. heading home last night from class, a doe and a buck jump out in front of me, the doe makes it by but i end up hitting the back end of the buck. he was a big son of a bitch to but strangely enough, i barely felt it. i pull over and my power steering stops working and i have my dash light up with indicator lights. i went to the tow yard today and got a better look at the car. broken radiator, smashed hood, broken bumper, broken timing belt cover, broken power steering reservoir, smashed fender which is slightly pushed into the door, headlight and fog light are destroyed, core support is bent and broken, hood strut broken and the metal bracket on the chassis is bent over and ripped, bunch of wires ripped apart and probably a couple other things that i can not see. insurance is coming out on Monday to look at it, im just trying to get a sense of if they will fix it or total it. btw, the police found the buck, said it made it about 200yds into a bean field before dropping and died on its own. http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b331/kliped/photobucket-18827-1348863160807.jpg http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b331/kliped/photobucket-18824-1348863159623.jpg http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b331/kliped/photobucket-13779-1348863156155.jpg http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b331/kliped/photobucket-13780-1348863157284.jpg http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b331/kliped/photobucket-13781-1348863158436.jpg http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b331/kliped/photobucket-15130-1348863154917.jpg

what disappointed me the most is al borges play calling. he kept on trying to run vincent up the middle and it didnt work but he kept on going to it. i would have loved to see denard run a lot more, not that we would have won the game because of that but i think we would have stood a better chance. it just seems like our play calling was to predictable with no tricks or surprises. i was really hoping denard was going to advance as a passer but its still the same old denard that it has been the last couple years except he doesnt run as much. he is still zeroing in on a single receiver covered or not and just lofts the balls up there down field.

i grew up going to the dream cruise every year, my parents house is only a couple blocks from woodward and my buddies mom owns a hair salon on woodward called annettes hair studio. definitely a great time and some amazing cars come through there. unfortunately its been awhile since i have last gone.

man... tang soo do brings back some memories, i used to take classes when i was a kid. i did it for about 3 years and then decided i didnt want to do it anymore. not that belt colors matter all that much but i think i reached red belt with 2 strips. been so long that i dont even remember any of the Korean that i was taught.

this should be a weekly thing

i am pretty sure the difference in price is because of the difference in procedures. where osu and medvet will be installing hardware, village vet will be doing a different type of procedure, i dont remember the name of it, something like a lateral suture. most of the cost for the big names comes from the hardware used and they have more over head than a local vet. but at the same time, osu told me they do 15-20 acl repairs every week and village vet does 2-3. at the end of the day, for me its going to come down to economics. i love my dog to death, but i just had a child born 4 weeks ago so unfortunately i can not see my self spending 3k right now to get her acl repaired. village vet did warn me that this type of surgery was not exactly recommended for my size dog because of her activity level, but confirmed that if i basically put her on bed rest for two months and let the scare tissue build up, it will be good as new. by the way, here is the vid of what procedure i will probably be going with NWS actual dog acl repair
-
its a full tear. my vet said there is no way around not doing surgery. how big is your dog? my vet told me generally dogs around 20 lbs it can heal the way you described but anything bigger it wont heal.
-
i really dont know, she just started limping one day and it just got worse and worse. her and my other dog rough play a lot and chase each other all over the yard everyday.
-
thanks for the suggetions. looks like village vet is the cheapest at 500-600. he told me he has done it on bigger dogs but the failure rate is higher which concerns me. osu told me 2800-3000
-
Hey guys, just as the title says, my dog tore her acl. She is a 70lb pit/lab mix. Can any one recommend a surgeon and how much they charge. My vet Told me to expect between 600 and 4000. Thanks

i dont agree with either side but the cop put his leg/ foot in front of the car, as soon as the guy started the engine. the guy started moving and the cop moved his foot out of the way. then the cop deliberately positioned his foot right under the tire, maybe thinking his foot would make a good wheel chock
