have an 06 srt8 charger. at the track sunday i tried to adjust my fans for my 180 tstat. i could not get them to turn on when i wanted them to. i kept getting heat soaked before i ran. running 93 tune and then i adjust my parameters but dont seem like there taking. any ideas?

my father in law is looking for something quieter. he has b&b stainless exhaust with twin tips that will fit c5 97-04 vettes. he wants $350 for it or trade for a zo6 stock exhaust. system is cat back and wants to trade for catback. original cost of the b&b exhaust is $650.
