I have heard reports of the Jeep 4.0L lasting an hour.

Those were so much fun to blow up. We had a diesel Benz run for 12 minutes before it broke. The domestic products were lucky to make it 5 minutes.

nope, stickers and taillights still there. ha ha ha. I did change out the ugly stock coolant jug for a blue one from Jegs. I also got a GT-Spec 4-link for the front suspension the other day. I'm just waiting on a sandwich plate so I can hook up my oil pressure gauge now.

I'll have to get some of the new pics up. I've been fixing up a few parts recentally. Got a new suspension brace for the fornt, new shitboot/knob, and a new coolant overflow jug. nothing too exciting.

I lived in Marysville for 25 yrs. I try and visit a few times a month. There is a stock blue protege running around somewhere though.

pepboys has some of them. they normally don't have much instock though.

heck, half the plastic stuff comes in broken anyway. another problem we've been having is other dealers sending us the incorrect parts. Getting them to fess up is another story. It took 2 weeks and 4 orders to get the right trans cooler hose, and I'm still waiting (5 weeks) for a headlight nozzle for a body shop car.

Trust me, getting GM parts is horriable right now. We have all kinds of cars down because of parts. There's a million phone calls to get parts sometimes. Trim pieces are by far the biggest PITA.

Welcome to CR. Why did you upgrade the header to get 2-4whp when you are going to have to junk it when you go turbo anyway?

I worked with Jonny, Ben and Michael. I want to say we had a few others that came and gone, but I can't remember their names. I still stop by once and a while to get parts.

Stock was 17.1 yeah, slow fwd n/a. I've picked it up to 15.4. but, 39mpg feels good on a trip.
