Hey I got a friend that has an 89 corvette that needs tuned. It has a stage 3 chip in it (don't know brand), a mild street cam, and some aluminum heads. And recently just added a new set of injectors. I'll have to check what lb/hr they are if necessary. But he needs a tune ASAP and I was wondering if there was anyone on here or if anyone knows a company that can do it. Thanks for the help!:thumbup:

it happens..also check the fork aswell. they can bend.

Yeah I don't know how it happened either both looked perfectly fine before install and the slave and master couldn't have been the problem because the clutch was fine before, but it wouldn't go into gear while the car was on. I put an ACT 2900 with a 6 puck disk and an OEM TOB and it shits beautifly. That's really the reason I believe it's the clutch. But I would also be interested in lending a hand. Just PM me when you decide.

Yeah i think this is going to be your best bet. I put in 2 brand new clutches and both were bad so i had to drop mine 3 times in total, and you know what they say third time is a charm:thumbup:

i had the same problem with mine and it turned out being the pressure plate.... What type of clutch do you have in there?

what clutch is that again? and was that put in when all the motor stuff was done?

It's a lexus IS350 (im not too sure about the model ) but its just a tricked out lexus, and under the hood is a supercharged V6 and for all the options i think the guy said it would cost ya around 70-75k...not worth it in my opinion but the car didn't look too bad

yeah i feel you for sure. it was not that great at all, but i mean what would you expect from a show that once was 2 weeks and now is down to 4 days?

dang that thing is sexy!! i would miss it to if i were you lol but that does look really nice and he's a pretty conservative about his cars, he doesn't like anything toooo flashy. and you brought up a good point about the exhaust. he doesn't like the single and wants duals but that shouldn't be too hard to change since he would be upgrading anyway

now thats what im talking about, but he aint the forced inducted type of guy he loves his NA horsepower, but ill suggest it haha

whats up CR... My dad is in the market for a new toy and he wants to get a GTO. He is a V8, NA type of guy and had a 72 vega with small block 350 in it with a turbo 350 tranny and the thing was flawless, but had to get rid of it due to some personal reasons, but now its time for a new toy. I was just wondering if anyone had any inputs on which model we should look for. We know the difference between the 04 and 05 years, but is one really better than the other? also i hear the after market for the LS1 is a lot better than the LS2 and he wants to do the basic bolt ons. I think he should go with the 04 spend a lil less on the car and use the money for the mods. So any inputs would be appreciated.

hey i got a friend that has an 02 Ford Focus, 2.0L, DOHC and the computer isn't sending a reference voltage to the crank sensor. I was wondering if anyone knew a place where they could take it to have it repaired.

I'll be 19 next Tuesday... Thanks man and I completely agree some 1G don't even need to be on the road anymore but that's also why I love this car so much because they're pretty rare in Columbus.
