well i gaind alot and my doc said it was fine. mine was more water then baby. i didnt eat more then i did b4 i didnt beng or anything i retaind alot of water is why i gaind so much and women very. just depends on build pre-preg. no a tiny girl wont gain alot.. i was 154 lbs b4 gettin pregnant. and i was 230 lbs when i had him .

yea ive lost alot of weight by walking. but haven a c-section makes things harder. cuz i cant lift or bend wrongi mean hell for the first 3 months the doc told me not to even run the sweaper.

OHH yea i forgot you know everything.. and hm how the fuck would you know how much i gaind.. are you my baby dad or my doc.. think not.. ppl who think they know everything are the dumbest of them all

avg. weight gain for a pregnant healthy womean is any where from 40-60 lbs and that does not count water weight. in water weight alone i gaind 40 lbs.

yes true.. if had normaly.. but in my case i had to have all the muscle in my stomach cut arpart so there for i have no muscle in my stomach. and doc told me it will be atleast a year b4 i could work out alot. all i can do atm is walk. (my son is 8 mon. old)

yes i am a big girl. and the stuff i said is a "big" girl kinda thing to say cuz hmm lets see.. ONLY THE BIG GIRLS HEAR IT. and i wasnt big b4. i was just as skinny as everyone eles.. but after kids.. its kinda hard to get back to normal..
