  13. I pm'd you the other day trying to figure out why I was removed from the dragway 42 registration and you had no idea. Well I've pm'd another moderator and got no response. So i'm wondering if you can look into it and tell my why. Thanks in advance. KKND385
  14. All you guys are bitching about the rules for the 11's you don't even want to get close to the 10s. That opens a whole new can of worms!
  15. Yep your exactly correct. You must shift the car through all the gears like a stick shift minus the clutch. I have a glide in my car and when I drive it on the steet, if you take off in 2nd or high, it's like taking off in 5th gear with a stick. Trust me, a 5500 stall converter doesn't like that too much.
  16. I keep hearing how people don't want to put a cage in their car because it makes it a racecar and not a steet car. About 15 years ago I watched a 15 second car blow a tire at trails and roll over the wall. Luckily the guy was ok, but it just goes to show, you never know. As far as having air bags, yes they might help, but if that car for some reason gets upside down, you'll wish you had every safety piece there ever was. Anyway a roll cage can have swing out bars so it's easy to get in even on the steet.
  17. If you've ever broke a u-joint you'll wish you had a drive shaft loop, no matter how fast you run.
  18. Why was I removed from this discussion?
  19. I wish I could, but we'll be at Norwalk for pinks all out
