I am interested. Are you ever near Easton? I work 8-5 there. my life schedule has been really hectic though. If you plan on being in the area anytime soon, I'll pick it up from ya
-
I will give it a good home for 400. Should be 200 over what you would get in scrap

Bulbs "cycle" when they are about to shit the bed. The only way to know for sure is to connect the bulb to your known good ballast. If it works, then that leaves the ballast or wiring. Moisture is not good, but I doubt it was behind your light failure, unless you have a fishbowl for a headlight

I would really love to. I have a beautiful set of wheels I was going to offer you to put on your caddy, but I do not believe it is the same bolt pattern. Mine is 18 with a 5x114.3 or 5x100 bolt pattern. I have other shit to barter, just depends on how interested you are in trading and what you are interested in. Peavey monitor speakers, buffer, drum kit (maybe), sand blast cabinet.... Just would rather trade for it so I would be able to have funds to fix it quicker http://www.wheelstudio.com/content/products/4932/main.jpg

I was ran off the freeway tonight, any witnesses out there?

What a piece of shit. I am glad you and your family are safe. I hope karma comes back around and bites him in the ass -
This car is truly rust free  The 2 spots of surface rust really are just that!! The interior and exterior are in great shape. Shitload of usable aftermarket including ARP headstuds and a new clutch. Very good project car for someone who has the time to invest. Thanks for letting me come see it

Thanks for the stuff:) I am sifting through it right now, lol

He looks mighty pissed off. That's usually the only time I see them, or when they are playing dead. All of those fake guts coming out of their mouths http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs236.snc4/39151_451411731807_507026807_6393114_429266_n.jpg + http://i341.photobucket.com/albums/o364/ArmyOfDarkness_photos/OpossumPG_052705_6123.jpg = http://i301.photobucket.com/albums/nn69/arronsky/cat2.jpg

I picked up the Samsung Fascinate recently. Good phone, very user friendly. Decent battery life. I heard horror stories about the prev droid phones.

I really wish I went to this I loves me some Megadeth and Slayer

Call Silver Drive CarQuest (or walk there). They have a full machine shop. I have a feeling that you have a junk head though. The exhaust valve is too close to the deck and if it needs machined, it will interfere. If its the same as this Kia Spectra I just did a head on recently which I believe is the same engine

I may go to meet a few of you.

You were supposed to give me all of that for buying your car!!! j/k I was unable to get back to the garage tonight, I will tomorrow though, and give you a call when I do

I am glad you are doing good. Did she give a statement? Was she text messaging?

This is one of my old Impulses I passed onto a local friend years ago. It was re-sold and then completely restored to better than factory specs after this video! Enjoy:) BTW, It is piloted and posted by my friend. The comments are humorous. Sorry for the low quality video, its actually really old

someone buy it and come ride the Flow skatepark!
-
I'd do it for a 10 dolla holla:) It would be with mild steel wire. I have stainless, but it doesn't make sense to use because it is almost impossible to maintain its stainless characteristics using a mig gun and is a pain in the ass to make it flow right. My shop is at Rt 33 and Hamilton near Ricart. P/M if interested

I totally thought someone died too. Huge Mike P fan! I would love to have a 1000 piece drum set and be able to play the shit out of it like him one day. He will destroy, regardless of the band he is in

Method to determine where a knock is coming from?
EvoXbmx replied to Browning's topic in Tech and Tips
Pull spark plug wires one at a time. The knock will quiet down or disappear at the affected cylinder. This works sometimes, don't rely on it! I do not think it will work for finding main bearing noise though.... Just saw your edit: Funny you say that, because a friend I work with has a similar year s-10 with the 4-cyl, and he has a collapsed lifter. It comes and goes. It is hard to tell just by looking at your valve clearance for a collapsed lifter, because even though they are "collapsed" they still may have enough pressure to give the illusion that the clearance is good. Just gotta get your stethoscope out and trust your instincts at that point -
I am interested. Please p/m your contact info.

They're pretty neat and I enjoy explaining to people what they are and what I've done with it. It is a 1.6l Turbo and is of course awd, just in case you weren't familiar Not sure I follow, but I agree!! Thanks! Whats sad is that red Impulse was probably one of my old ones...What street was it on? I knew Jono. He shipped off to Ukraine or something with the military. My friend owns his old white Impulse. A piston was blown apart when he got it! And thanks again everyone for the welcome!!! Cant wait to see some of your projects and hope I can contribute in some way, shape, or form to the community http://southparkstudios.mtvnimages.com/images/shows/southpark/vertical_video/import/season_10/sp_1002_01_v6.jpg?width=200

Sorry about the Asian accent in the intro title, its late and I am tired! Thanks Steve-O for the invite over here. My name is Bill and I am originally from Cleveland. I moved down here about 4 years ago for work. I am a full time technician at a large used car dealership. I also ride BMX. I have been in the "car scene" since 2000. I have owned 4 Impulse RS's and there is supposedly only 800 in the US! I frequent Isuzone.org a lot but it has unfortunately became I pile of garbage over the past couple of years due to the lack of moderation My car project car is a 1991 Isuzu Impulse RS. I rebuilt the stock engine when I first bought it 2 years ago and took her autocrossing that same year. The car was very fun, but not fun enough!! and the "Handling by Lotus" was kind of pathetic! SO I have been busy making drastic changes. There is virtually no aftermarket support for this car, believe it or not. So I have been dealing with what resources I have to work with. I can go on all day about my car (ask Steve!) but I will spare you the details for now! My daily driver is a 2008 Lancer Evolution GSR with a Cobb "Stage 2" and 3in exhaust. I have autocrossed this car a few times, even with temp tags still on it! http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e346/billycoyote/impulsewheellift.jpg Handling by lotus yo! Stock suspension is not so impressive... http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e346/billycoyote/impulseturn.jpg http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e346/billycoyote/myimpulse.jpg http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e346/billycoyote/strutmod.jpg Modified KYB GR-2 strut with generic coilovers and camber plate (Did not have these installed when I autocrossed if you were wondering about the horrific wheel lift) http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e346/billycoyote/newheadlights.jpg New headlight lenses and big intercooler for my new turbo: Garrett GT25RS http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e346/billycoyote/halos.jpg Halos! I like them, so sue me http://www.incom-racing.com/images/gallery/OvrSolo20100515/images/solo1294.jpg Evo autocross in Ohio Valley Region SCCA event http://albes.blogs.com/photos/the_flow_comp_1108/nosepic.jpg "Flow" skatepark contest in 2008 "Dirty East" So there I am, in a nutshell. Want more information about me and my pics, feel free to ask.
