Thanks guys. I have a Smith&Wesson .357 as well but it's a little more pricey to shoot so that's why I wanted something smaller and cheaper. I got mine used from Vance's for $279. Still in great condition with very little wear. I think you can get them new for $350 though

Wanted to pick something up that was cheap to buy and cheap to shoot (something my girlfriend could learn on as well) so I went with the Ruger SR22 yesterday. Took it to the range today and put 150 rounds through it. The gun felt great, very accurate and gave me absolutely no issues. Nice, clear Z06. I will actually be very much in the market for something similar here in a month or two. Thus, I have been exploring pretty much every C5 for sale across the country. Pro's: Extremely low miles Z06 Nice mods My biggest concerns with this car... Stock bottom end is very sketchy making that power Stock transmission even sketchier Running it on 91 octane The only real reason this car could possibly see mid 20s is because of the low miles. I've seen cars making similar power with rebuilt bottom ends and T56s selling for $15k to low 20s, but with higher miles on the body. I personally wouldn't buy this car because of the fact that the 2 most expensive modifications were not done for this car to be reliable (motor/transmission). If he has the stock parts, I would put it back to stock, sell the parts and sell the car stock. You will get similar value because of the low miles, and the person who buys it will buy it because of that reason alone.

You can't judge how fast a car is strictly by its power to weight ratio. Power band is important as well. In a drag race, I'll take the CTS-V in either of those trims vs. the BRZ with the better power/weight ratio.

Do you think you would do well in school? I'd recommend school if you think you're cut out for it. Short term loss, long term gain and more security for you and your family. Don't go unless you think you'll do well and you're 100% committed though.

Sorry for the late response, I just saw this. Well, I also broke my Tibia as well along with tearing my MCL and Meniscus. So my injury was delayed a bit. I was non weight bearing for 8 weeks, and I was walking without assistance by about 4 months out. I'm currently 9 months out right now and I'm pretty close to where I was before. I can run but I'm not as athletic or strong as I was. I'm guessing that will just come with time.

I've had a titanium plate put in for a broken humerus and a rod put in for a broken femur. I didn't have much of a choice for either, so I'd assume your surgery isn't 100% necessary if you're asking the question? From my experience, recovery from surgery sucks, but the likelihood of going back to normal or as close to normal is higher than going without.

Steelers gave Joey Porter the game ball. Essentially admitting that they sent him out there to bait. Bengals aren't classy, but the Steelers still hold the classless NFL team title. Coaches pulling players hair on the sidelines and picking fights with players in the middle of the field. Trash

Bengals fans need to stop ripping Burfict and calling for him to be off the team. Yeah, he's a dirty and intense player but it's not like we didn't know that going into this game. We've always taken the good with the bad with him. Without him in that game, we most likely don't even have a chance to win. He had a great sack on Ben with a hard legal hit that knocked him out, then a huge interception that should have sealed the game. He plays with serious intensity and he led the NFL in tackles with 171 tackles.

What was the environment in the stadium at/towards the end of the game? I was at a bar right outside the stadium and it was probably the most violent atmosphere I've been in for a sporting event outside of maybe some Ohio State games on campus.
