Fixing it up, I bet youll still be able to tell someone smoked In there.
Hot summer days, you'll come home and open the door and smell it.
We passed on 4 "bomb" houses. Because the owner smoked for 10 years.
The truck doesn't have to be slammed to the ground for a roll pan to look right.
But I choose 2 because it has to be the right body style truck.
Stock bumper would probably look best on older trucks.
Depends on the body style of truck. My ram looked good. Older trucks not so much.

Since my old toyota dealer used to be a mazda dealer we still had rx-8's come in all the time with issues.
And it typically always boiled down to the owners not driving them hard enough.
Bad cold starts, and tow ins because they shut the car off without taking the RPMS to about 2k to get the fuel out
Some of the rav's have the actuator are built in to the latch, but for some reason I was thinking the saturns were seperate.
So yeah it probably has a bad latch or something.
Sounds like the motor is working. But the arm to release the lock isn't hooked up.
Those are always a pain to do closed.
Remove the passenger seat so you can get the door panel off. Pull back the plastic and take a look at what's disconnected.
