When it dies you should check to see if you have spark. That will help narrow down the issue

Selling my DSLR, D3000 with 18-55 Nikon lens, Camera bag, Neck strap, Extra battery, Charger. This camera is a GREAT starter camera to learn on, and also produces very good images. I upgraded and want to sell this. $200 obo http://i801.photobucket.com/albums/yy296/rocky31186/DSC_6451_zps9a76e4c3.jpg http://i801.photobucket.com/albums/yy296/rocky31186/DSC_6452_zpsa4324fd2.jpg http://i801.photobucket.com/albums/yy296/rocky31186/DSC_6449_zps34051fe1.jpg http://i801.photobucket.com/albums/yy296/rocky31186/DSC_6447_zps3b709b7f.jpg

Here's my son at C&C. He loves trucks more than cars. And also my new born that's a week old. http://i801.photobucket.com/albums/yy296/rocky31186/Mobile%20Uploads/IMG_444781097333474_zps3ptaoge7.jpeg http://i801.photobucket.com/albums/yy296/rocky31186/Mobile%20Uploads/IMG_4793567391167_zpsvizhrvio.jpeg

Co-worker has a 2013, and has had the same exact issues as the OP had... Google search clearly shows its 2011-2013.. .Not a first year model issue.
-
It's still worth it to file a complaint with them, as more people complain they may eventually recall it and refund your money. We had a issue with prius water pumps going bad, outside of warranty but anytime someone called with a complaint it got fixed for free. Eventually they recalled it.
-
With all the TSB's on the all mighty ecoboost I would contact Ford and tell them you shouldn't have to pay to fix the issue. They should recall them to have the issues fixed. Sounds to me like the pcm update caused the plugs to wear out or carbon up faster, causing misfires. Therefor if it wasn't for fords pcm update you wouldn't have these issues to pay for.

I guess we all make and earn our money different and some people do not make smart financial decisions if that's the way you want to put it.

If you buy a vehicle and do not care if it will hold any type of value, you are dumb. If you make an assumption about a vehicle because of what a couple guys said about mulch, you are ignorant (lack of knowledge, since you seem to think that's an attack at someone) And for your information it was a Ford Mustang, that's why I hate mustangs. Bad experience
-
Let me talk to my friend who still works at Toyota and see if he knows a good salesman that will hook you up
-
Lol your argument is very ignorant. Your making judgments on a truck because people said they wouldn't load their truck with mulch. I just loaded 80 bags of river rock in my truck.. but it's a pussy truck that can't haul anything so I should have bought a Ford that is worth 1/4 of what I would pay.
-
You must know some dumb people. Because anything I make a purchase on, I plan for the future where I get close to my money back.
-
Ford = Cheaper to buy, less options, loses value faster. Your right, no one ever uses a Toyota truck to haul anything. Why have they made it so long..
-
I'm not sure if you notice or not. But price out a 2000 f150, 2000 Toyota Tundra. Toyota holds it value. Im not getting in a Bitching match. I have no complaints on my Tundra. Pulls weight good, no other truck has the interior room. If you have any questions let me know.
-
I have a 2011 CrewMax Platinum. Drove to MD for a great deal. Also Toyota certified tech for 3 years. (No longer work there) When I was searching trucks I wanted MAX amount of room inside. The 5.5' bed is plenty big for all my house projects. The power and reliability of the 5.7L is great. Mine has heated/cooled leather, back window rolls down, sunroof, nav, rear dvd. I wouldn't own another truck.
-
Check your battery connections. Make sure they are clean of corrosion and tight. If you just had trans removed he more than likely had the battery disconnected. Sometimes that will cause SVS light. Otherwise it's sounds like a build going out or loose
-
I am going to try to package it back up.. Was hoping if someone was interested we could just put everything in a truck and be done. Its like putting a tent back in the bag it came in... some how its 3 times the size.. So I figured I would take a 50$ loss for the headache.

I will say that I still use my tools at my current job. But at one point I had 2 full tool boxes sitting in my garage. You may think you'll use all your tools but I have a lot of specialty Toyota tools that I haven't touched in 5 years.
-
I think one day you will understand what I'm talking about when I say make sure it's what you want. Buying a 5k $ tool box for a career is one thing. Getting out of that career and having a 5k $ tool box at home is different. Trust me I've been there. Starting off I would get a cheap used box that's big enough for all your tools. When you OUTGROW that box then upgrade to a big snap on box. When you know your making money. Flat rate jobs are very hard so having a 100$ a week tool account when your working 80 hours getting paid 50 hours is rough. Also snap on credit (unless it's changed) when you finance a box even with great credit your paying 19% interest.... so make sure you read the fine print. Just my personal experience. Take it as you will.

I bought this pool yesterday from Menards. I pulled it out of the box and set it up. Decided it was too big for the spot I had in my yard for it. Paid 399 for it. Looking for 350 since it's opened. 16' big and 48" deep. Comes with ladder, pump, pool cover, etc. http://i801.photobucket.com/albums/yy296/rocky31186/Mobile%20Uploads/post_image1_zpsjjad9nas.png
