Anyone know an effective way to break a lease early?

Fuck...that's it. 2010+ Audi S4...just looked them up and read some stuff, it literally has everything I want. Relatively fast, AWD, SC'd, 4 door, sexy.

So many "E's" thrown around haha, it's hard to keep track of all these gen's. I did forget about an S4, which is strange to me that I didn't think about it because my favorite make of cars is Audi. Anything to watch out for on the B7's? IIRC, B7 is 2008+, the V6 Supercharged ones. Good to know about the M5- this is exactly why I post this stuff here. I definitely don't know much about the 'higher end' cars, so keep this stuff coming!

I am potentially looking at getting a new car in the next 6-12 months. I love my 2013 Accord and have considered keeping it, but it's piss slow (6 speed manual sport series) and I find myself underwhelmed in the fun department. That said, I'm looking at a few usedcars around the 20-30k range, specifically ones that offer luxury and speed, such as the M5, E55, etc. Anything I should look out for in the 2006-2010 range for the BMW's, and if I should run from them, what are some other cars in that price range and that type? My one thing: it HAS to be 4 door, no exception. Auto or Manual, at this point in my life, I really don't care. Thanks in advance

Dishwasher went out in one of my rentals the same day as a furnace went out in another- fuck me. That said, looking to pick one up pretty cheap as this was a bonus for the tenant, but I feel compelled to replace. Hoping for under $100- that's the going rate for a decent one on CL, but I'd prefer to give someone on here my business. Pickup would be early Saturday morning (9-9:30) Thanks!

Yup, it's hit or miss. I am 1/2 so far- one dude made me prove it worked (luckily it did) and the other didn't make me. Plus the last one took almost a month for them to come get it. Sucked pretty bad.

Thanks for that! Kevin is probably my favorite YouTube channel...his videos are corny as fuck, but he makes it interesting and gives you step by step both on YouTube and his site. He CONSTANTLY posts new recipes. No problem! Look up Kevin's Zucchini lasagna. I made it Sunday and it's seriously delicious. I can't stand cottage cheese but I gave it a shot with this and it was great. I just know how boring it gets. Just know, there are always recipes out there that will keep your motivation going.

Anyone else hearing the rumors swirling about Dez Bryant? I am hearing that Adam Schefter is confirming the video exists and that it is "5 times worse" than the Ray Rice video. Anyone have any insight? This is bad for Dez, bad for the NFL and bad for all of the recent initiatives that have come from the Ray Rice shit. Curious to see how it plays out. Awesome job man. I highly recommend you look into a more sustainable diet- I see it so often that people go from one extreme to the next and fall off the wagon because they get so burnt out on the same shit. Make the new diet just as interesting and tasty as the old stuff you ate. I HIGHLY recommend you take a look at the Youtube channel "Fitmencook" and check out Kevin's site at http://www.fitmencook.com. I make his recipes all the time and it keeps my diet interesting. Otherwise, you'll hate this shit. Keep it going, it'll be worth it in the end!

Awesome insight. The good thing is, I did not find one gleaming review...all were either 3 or 4...I personally saw VERY few 5's, so I feel like it's pretty accurate. Glad to hear you had a good time man, I feel totally comfortable with it. I will say, for our $3500 Cancun trip, the food was fucking awesome. Literally Hyde Park/Ocean Club quality for dinner, and bit less for breakfast and lunch. I gained 9 lbs in 7 days (granted I was cutting up until my wedding, so I was carb deprived). If the food is decent, I'll make due. It's in the middle of when I start to bulk, woot! (Oct 1st).
