No worries brother, good luck! Haha it's perfect for that man. Bigger than a mini fridge but smaller than an apartment size. Yeah, I can deliver to Dublin- free if you do full price. It has to be upright and if it doesn't stay upright, you have to wait a day to turn it on. I have a truck and can deliver-it's in my personal garage in Hilliard.

Damn, look at my post in that thread, ha! I was on my honeymoon when I typed that. Glad to hear it went well- some things are too good to be true but this sounds like it's going to be pretty damn fun.

Thanks everyone! All great feedback...I was equally surprised that it included flight...that's why it sold out so quick. It was listed Friday and sold out in every city for September on Friday...crazy. A few things: My wife and I went to Cancun last May for our honeymoon for 7 nights...it was $3417 for literally all the same stuff, just 7 nights and in Mexico instead of DR. We had a blast and snorkeled as well. Also, my wife speaks Spanish so she can tell them to fuck off. We also get "native" pricing on almost everything because she does the entire conversation in Spanish. This vacation is also through Vacation Express- I'm fine with them trying to sell me shit. We visit Panama every other year (my wife is Panamanian) so I am used to that- it's the same way. Putty- yeah, we selected the 30th due to the price, but October was $499. I think we got an incredible deal...I'm pretty excited. Here is the link in case anyone is interested: http://www.groupon.com/deals/ga-vacation-express-vista-sol-punta-cana-1?p=1&utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&sid=16614384-8111-42bc-be65-fa08b8fe817a&division=columbus&user=de0aa88bbb5106c9369e513b35b4cc23913f1ec3ae79be8151c0f661c749fb2d&date=20150223&s=getaways_widget&c=image&d=getaways_deal-page&utm_campaign=16614384-8111-42bc-be65-fa08b8fe817a And the Trip Adviser for the resort: http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g3176298-d218483-Reviews-Vista_Sol_Punta_Cana-Bavaro_Punta_Cana_La_Altagracia_Province_Dominican_Republic.html#photos

Wife and I booked an All-Inclusive trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for September 30th-October 5th. Our one year wedding anniversary is in May so this was our gift to ourselves. The trip is: 5 nights Airfare included from Columbus Airport All-Inclusive Food All-Inclusive Alcohol $399 each, $798 total. We added on a direct shuttle to and from the airport (in DR) for $50 more (indirect with stops was $40). Total we spent $848 for 5 nights, all-inclusive, with airfare. The resort is rated 3+/5 on Trip Adviser- most people said it needs more modern updates, but for this price, fuck it. We are going to Panama for 11 days in June to visit her family so this is just a bonus trip for us. We are going with another couple...but curious, has anyone done a Groupon Getaway before? All of this has already been booked through a travel agency and we've gotten confirmation on our flight number, room number, etc. Thoughts?

Bathroom 10000%. I had a fuck of a time selling a flip house I had that was beautiful but only had 1.5 baths. The feedback on literally every showing was "beautiful house, sellers do not think they can work with 1.5 bath".
-
It's just under 34"

I can measure it, no problem! Quick estimate, I'd say 36-40", but I can follow up tonight.

Hey folks...I've got a couple things sitting around that I'd like to offload to get garage space back: 1) Mini fridge- pretty darn good size and has a freezer too. I wouldn't call it apartment size, but it's bigger than a standard mini fridge. I bought it a few months ago for my garage and have had it turned on with like 2 beers in there...with just my wife and I, we are fine with just our kitchen fridge. It has a ding or so, but great for a garage. Needs wiped down, I had a diet coke leak in the door (as shown in pic...too fucking cold to wipe now) Asking $75...definitely OBO- I don't know what the market is for it. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/Fridge1_zpsd6841a3a.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/Fridge2_zps03e8f6d8.jpg 2) Microwave- used it in my old office, new company doesn't allow it (cubicles) so it's been sitting in my garage since July. I got it brand new last April on scratch and dent (pics show why). Works perfect, great for an office or again, a garage or something. Asking $25...used probably 15 times max (only used from April-July last year. It's probably $80-100 new. Again, OBO http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/Micro1_zps625aa6e8.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/chopperman19/Micro2_zps0be0937c.jpg Text me at 614-309-2158 or PM me here if interested!

Really surprised at all the Dyson responses. I had a Dyson for 3 years and hated every second of it. The suction was terrible and the rolling ball always tripped over itself. I will say, it was one of the smaller versions (DC35 maybe?) and it was extremely easy to clean, but I wouldn't pay that much again. I have used the one Doc recommended (we borrowed it from a friend) and it worked really well, and at literally 25% of the Dyson price. I personally do not think a Dyson is worth the money, but hey, maybe mine was fucked up.

I got both of my cats from CHA. They are amazing.

This. Not this. Basements are already naturally known as "cold and darker", even if it's finished. Carpet offers warmth and makes it feel like it's more part of the house.
-
Looks like they won't work for me, thanks though man.

I have no idea what size tires my 2002 1500 takes, but if these are in the ballpark, let's chat. I should know more tonight.

On another note, I think your house is under value. I'm not an agent, and I don't claim to be, but I am real estate investor with a mediocre little portfolio- I really think you could get 149,900 from it.
-
For the market now, yes. I had someone message me on Facebook to offer me on my house- it's not even listed for sale. The market is dry right now, perfect time to sell. Just make sure you already have something else lined up...otherwise you're fucked. Ha

They have depressing commercials....haha

For my wife and I the jury is still out on this show...IDK, just seems kind of cheesy. We watched every episode of Breaking Bad consecutively on Netflix in 2014 and were excited about this. It's definitely not bad, just not BB quality (yet).

Man, I love my state farm guy. He's based out of Georgesville and is fucking on point, and you know I own rentals Steve. He is available any time and has me binded in less than a couple hours when I get a new rental. Text me if you want his number.

Fuck, I wish. She won't even ride in my 240 haha.

5 year dating anniversary is the 18th, so we are doing dinner then (Whitney house). May order a pizza Saturday, but it's going to be such a shit fest that it's not even worth messing with. For a gift, I got her a cat back in January. It was pretty sick when we got it (obviously didn't know that) and had to spend $455 in vet bills (fuck my life). I may grab her some flowers.

Nice looking truck for $3500. GLWS

Also interested in pics...this 240 is getting on my last fucking nerve.
