There was somebody at autox that had a 2.3 tbird that was quick as hell. I think he had a propane ranger too.

How do nuts feel through them?

I got enough callouses from the gym and work. I have 9 stiches in my thumb and a drill bit hole in my left index finger atm. Wasn't wearing gloves fml.

changed my oil with them once and they were ruined forever

 

I use a pair of long heavy duty oil resistant gloves for this.

Only thing I don't like about them is if they get oily/soaked in ATF, they are greasy and never seems to wash out.

 

I noticed this same problem, one of the reasons i washed them. I used a Dawn bath, did the trick.

I was going to try and make it out but I have a alignment appointment at 10am. maybe next time.

I have been thinking about pulling the trigger on a ATI damper, are they worth it or should I just get a light weight billet pulley?

Hands down the best gloves I have owned. A pair of gloves usually last me 3-6 months and even then i am nursing finger holes trying to make them last longer.

I used to go to Stas at NTB for alignments but he has moved on to IPS. The problem is i still have a couple years left on my alignment package at NTB. Does anybody know a guy at any NTB location that can give me a performance alignment? My car is a 09 wrx with front and rear camber adjustement, camber plates up front and camber bolts in the rear.

I would be willing the tip the mechanic for his work.

When i was shopping around for my 09 wrx, i looked at alot of vehicles. Looked at civic si, golf gti, lancer ralliart, v6 mustang, ms3. I really wanted an sti but i couldnt afford it.

I would also like to cast my vote for turbo.

I wonder if this box truck had that lower bar that suppose to act as a bumper for normal height vehicles. Not that the corvette has a normal front bumper height. Isn't california the state that requires the top of your bumper to be so many inches above the ground?

Maybe Cali should start requiring large commercial vehicles to have bumpers that are only so far from the ground.
