  1. nice. love playing some disc golf. been plahing two seasons.. i blow donkey balls because my back cant twist so i dont throw right but its still fun, cheap entertainment and great excercise...especially if you play at hoover ... holy long walks :lol:

     

    I played a course in Tenn. when i was down visiting my mother, the shortest drive was over 400ft with some 600ft holes, long long course.

  2. 2pointslow I seriously doubt you ever really did a real crossfit workout or you wouldn't be knocking it.

    I know a guy that does 95 pounds on the bench press, doing the 20 secs on 20 secs off. One day somebody asked him why he couldn't put up an "real" wieght, so he throws up 395 for 2 reps just to shut him up. The old axiom of "lift big to get big" is old school and has been proven wrong time after time.

    Maybe your beef is with Crossfit, it is just an name and nothing more, sure it is trademarked but its the only moniker that the public recognizes.

  3. There are plenty of books on how to correct this behavior without beating the shit out of your dog. Those that do beat the crap out of their animals, the animal turns into a ticking time bomb with the clock missing. Much easier ways to establish dominance. I had a 90 doberman that people where literally shocked how well trained he was. Never had a problem with anybody until they threaten me our my family. He made a homeless guy piss himself and cry like a little girl at a park in whitehall on night. I would take my dob out to the park after i got off work so he could strech his legs. It was 3 in the morning and the guy wanted money and wouldn't leave me alone. The homeless guy never saw him until my Dob was 3 feet behind him growling.
