Another update I was hanging on to... Thursdays update. We mainly blocked out blemishes in the first layering of primer. And did a number on the right side of the compartment. There use to be a hole over there for the windshield solvent. But we filled it and filled a large seam, and fixed the rough spot by the motor mount where i posted a pic in my last update!!! http://a7.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/206491_10150150826451099_741701098_6793642_5038306_n.jpg Generous work space. These are after 2nd layer of primer. http://a1.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/208023_10150150826516099_741701098_6793643_983624_n.jpg Looking good. http://a4.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/207727_10150150826581099_741701098_6793644_3934484_n.jpg Came out great as usuall. God bless these guys for letting me use all of their snap on stuff! All of it is snap on. Also I brought in a picture of Phunhaus's bay to help give them an idea. http://a3.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/216415_10150149085101099_741701098_6783772_5952490_n.jpg After alot of sanding. It came out almost immaculant!! The boss and I were watching youtube videos of boosted supras on his phone while we were watching him work the metal! haha But i gaurentee i did alot of labor stuff. I just was not able to hammer metal like him.. http://a8.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/206513_10150149085341099_741701098_6783774_4251999_n.jpg Smoothed http://a6.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/218149_10150149085561099_741701098_6783777_6348570_n.jpg Is alot more smooth than it looks. http://a3.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/207430_10150149085631099_741701098_6783779_4338673_n.jpg More smoothness... http://a6.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/217095_10150149085751099_741701098_6783782_1493837_n.jpg Absolute Motivation.

I will finish the rest of the updates that I have tonight or tomorrow!! Enjoy for now!

Thanks for being patient and waiting for Monday's update!!! I know you all are anxious... haha http://a3.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/198997_10150147381691099_741701098_6777274_6069577_n.jpg Some people dont like it. But 3M glue is better than welding IMO, no warping or anything. And wont rust on the opposite side. However i still welded other holes. http://a3.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/208080_10150147381886099_741701098_6777281_7041584_n.jpg Glue on the seam that can and will be sanded, then will be skimmed over with evercoat or whatever... It was between self leveling seam sealer or glue, but glue was stronger so we went with it. http://a8.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/195901_10150147382056099_741701098_6777287_3636730_n.jpg will be sanded and skimmed also. http://a6.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/200109_10150147382406099_741701098_6777301_6021040_n.jpg More, other side. http://a1.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/199360_10150147382566099_741701098_6777307_3252020_n.jpg Just everything. http://a5.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/196909_10150147382726099_741701098_6777311_7807006_n.jpg My workspace. No hand pump shit here. http://a7.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/207814_10150147382991099_741701098_6777319_3119782_n.jpg Tomorrow please check back. Body will look different. And a bunch of stuff will be in primer. Cough cough the engine bay. Also the rear rust was fixed.

Also BTW we are loading the car on to a trailer tonight so we can be ready to leave at 6 AM tomorrow morning. I will update Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday again saying the progress that was done. Lets see what we can get done in 5 days. Here we go all loaded up ready for its road trip to the body shop! http://a8.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/200089_10150144002176099_741701098_6745829_6016833_n.jpg http://a7.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/197974_10150144002276099_741701098_6745832_5192651_n.jpg Stuff taped up. http://a4.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/200316_10150144002336099_741701098_6745834_4042110_n.jpg Whaa??? http://a8.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/200280_10150144002406099_741701098_6745836_7571203_n.jpg Thats what we are fixing. http://a1.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/207302_10150144002471099_741701098_6745838_5105827_n.jpg Spoiler or no spoiler? But anyhow I have 2 updates totally unrelated to each other. First update, we transported the car to the body shop with no problems. The body shop thing is going to work out awesome!!! Took a tour of the shop, looked at the paint booth, and paint mixing room I will be using, and met the guys i will be working with who enjoyed making ricer jokes!!! lol... I will start on the car monday, we will probably fix the rust spots in a day. Then the next two days we will focus primarily on the engine bay since there is bare metal. We will get it fully shaved and we will have the bay in self leveling primer. May or may not start prepping for paint. But I know i will be painting some of their customer's cars so i can learn how to do that! So Updates updates updates galore this next week. Second update is my teins are done being rebuilt and will be here today. Ill post a pic when I get them.

Hey guys! Today got something done. I polished a head light! Haha i only did one but I just want to show how awesome it came out... Thats the main reason of the update. First I wetsanded the headlight with 1000 grit paper, then with 1500, and 2000. After that I used a Mother power ball buffer that you put on your drill to buff the headlights. But first I used Mothers ALUMINUM MAG POLISHER on my headlights! I know people say plastic polish. But in all honesty it dont seem to matter. Infact the Aluminum polisher worked better cause its a bit more coarse of a polisher. On to pics. http://a5.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/189189_10150117925541099_741701098_6667102_6959683_n.jpg http://a7.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/199524_10150117925491099_741701098_6667101_6676399_n.jpg http://a3.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/197029_10150117925601099_741701098_6667103_7391133_n.jpg http://a2.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/190394_10150117925661099_741701098_6667104_4489102_n.jpg
