I became a first time home owner this past August. It was a crazy process, found where I wanted to be, lost two houses, third came on the market at 7am and we were in contract at 5pm the same day. I came up to Delaware because I like the area but also it was more affordable then NW side of Columbus. If I didn't have a good realtor I would not of got this house.

When will it be Urbans time to try his hand at the NFL? I'm surprised it hasn't come up more often. His ability to take young talent and turn in into a playoff team and win NC is pretty impressive. I think he would excel and be the next Pete Carroll.

I highly doubt he would take the job. Not saying he will never go back to the NFL, but he is a god in Ann Arbor just like Urban is in Columbus. Plus, if he did go back to the NFL I can't see him going to a dumpster fire.

I highly recommend going to see Pearl Harbor. We also did a helicopter tour and we did the Blue Hawaiian Helicopter. They are super nice choppers. I spent a lot of time in the water too snorkeling because the wild life is amazing. -
If you build one online you can get the holden badges instead of the bowties and can get your center caps in holden too. Pretty cool!

That fact that it is the National Corvette Museum I would for sure do it. Car would be taken care of and you would not have to worry about it. Would be cool to share some day that this car was in the NCM. Not every Corvette owner gets that opportunity.

APR got a lot of hate with their exhausts. I would recommend going with APR for any software. You can go with other manufactures of intakes, downpipes, etc. Personally I really like APR and would go with them if I was going to go stage 3+ on my car (not even available). I'm Stage 1+ and very happy with their products and the shop I use that carries them.

Same Ha you could tell that they were NOT happy OSU lifted the shelter in place. SWAT was still clearing the garage and students were walking right by it.

Sounds like they just apprehended someone in a grey mini van with MASS plates that they believe is involved on Shrock Rd. Also apprehended someone in the lane avenue garage.

From the scanner it doesn't sound contained. Still searching buildings, now checking different areas of "items" being found.
