Well the CCRM are know to go bad a lot. There was a recall on the wiring too. Tell him to check the wiring to make sure it is not melted etc. You can wire in a switch for free too.
I have a friend with a 2004 Chevy Malibu 3.5 LT with charging problems. The battery was replaced about 3 months ago. Eventually it started turning over slowly and now most of the time has to be jumped to start it.
They had the alternator checked off the car and it tested ok. With the car running with a volt meter it was barely registering like 12.8 volts. They thought maybe the alternator was going bad slowly so they replaced the alternator.. They also had the battery charged and it tested out good. Any way they went and had it tested on the car and they said was only putting out like 12.87 volts. What else could this be? Thanks
I have a quick question for you about the ford competitive lease conquest program. Is this only good for someone who leases a non ford currently that switches to Ford? Or if you own a Chevy etc then want to lease a Ford? Thanks in advance.
I have know a few people who have went to Ashland. They seem to like it and said it helped their careers. Although, I have heard a few of the ones mentioned including Ashland where mills. As long you pay you graduate.
Good luck with truck. I read all the replies though and still not sure what happened with the Stang. If I read it correctly the transmission had a problem from day one? Ford wont fix or replace it? What reasons given? Now I am guessing the dealer is now going to turn around and sell it to someone else?
