My brother runs a couple trucks of his own and i can say I wouldn't want any part of it. They cost a lot more to maintain that I ever imagined.
-
I just finished round two of the chest cold.
-
Sure, right before it needs an out of frame done lol
-
Probably my 06 Viper truck. Had 8K miles on it when I bought it.

I don't see the option for LS swap.

Aarons' drive home everyday. He uses "Morse Rd people" as cones. Very irresponsible.
Damn "urbans".

Sounds like an excellent way for me to lose money. I'm in.

If you want to come down here I'm sure Jim at QuickRev would be willing.

If you're not running mid 9's you won't even be in the same ballpark as the "real" street cars. 1000+HP cars everywhere it seems, and that's around Dayton/Cinci. I'm sure Cbus/Cleaveland has just as many if not more.
We were just having that conversation the other day. Myself and a few others that have mid 700HP+ cars aren't competitive whatsoever on the street compared to others around. That's sad.
Times have changed that's for sure.

Doubt I'll be talking with them much, if you're not one of the Speed Society people they don't talk to you...
Not surprised since they are sponsored by Speed Society.

When you see Big Chief and Shawn ask them if it's Tuesday and to get back to Podcasting. They are slacking lately.

I wonder how much gas he burned through. The Bugatti could burn through 26 gallons in 12 minutes at top speed.

Tundra if you can swing it. Won't have the nicest interior compared to Ford/Dodge but it will be reliable.

Should edit the list for cars that people no longer own.

This is the best advice in this entire thread so far.
Also - Certs can help you get in the door, but are becoming devalued very quickly. Because of people just taking them to get $$$$ without knowing the material.
I have interviewed CCIE level people, who couldn't do basic shit.....
CCIE is one of the hardest certs to get. I've yet to meet one that didn't impress me.

Man, A+. That brings back some memories (1997). Is networking were you want to be? Automation/Virtualization/Security seem to be the big tickets right now. Of course having a strong network understanding is key to all of those.

I know you spend a lot of time fabbing parts and things....you should use the leftovers to fab a tombstone, driving these golf cart cars at those speeds.
I'm sure after the last big wreck he has it on standby. :gabe:

Beautiful. I can't even afford a 7 year old Raptor.
-
I tried to go to a local track event and they said they didn't want any manual cars there, the racers would bitch about it.
-
Of all the ways law enforcement can track you, I would already be concerned as to who is abusing the system. This is just another tool to do so.

The price you are gonna pay for an LS with T56 anymore would almost kill any fun it would be. Most I've seen have been 1200-2500, if you are gonna spend that much may as well go TR6060 or T56 magnum since then you can at least beat the living hell out of it and not worry like ever.
I mean, my T56 has held 700+ horsepower all year. Why upgrade? :gabe:

I had bought pretty much everything to swap an Explorer 5.Oh in my Conquest. Motor, trans, misc and I might have had $1K in parts. Def cheap swap. Good luck!
