  1. LOL No shit he doesn't normally like anyone that doesn't have 4 rings on the grill lol

It could be the fact that I have 4 exhaust tips, representing the fact that it looks like 4 Rings to such a gullible guy, and hiding the fact that it's a BMW.

    :masturboy:

I have 4 rings on my anus. Can I haz friend?

Indeed. Bimmers batting .500 on the dickbreathery index is definitely a pull up outta the weeds for them. Any higher and they'll be a respectible brand.

But its OK - Monkey's cool, bimmer or no. I know where he vents his interwebz douchebaggery, so he'll be nice to you cockfags, but he's welcome to vent it here more: CR is a better receptical for spew.

(I was looking at Jones when I envisioned spew and recepticals... mmm seckzy)

Glad to know I'm an underdog, makes me feel jelly.

I'll write it down in my notebook to vent all of my douchebaggery here more often. Don't worry, you can only hold so much in when you drive a hairdressers car...I hope you understand.

  2. Do you post/lurk on DetailingBliss? Your post format and wording is the same as the way they post on there.

    Nope, just autogeek.net

I look at alot of other detailers jobs as well, so I sort of just learn and copy.

I heard fire can be used for detailing. Might want to try it...

Great work on the car Kyle!!!!!

Thank You!, fire does work very well so I hear

    Done.

I put the work that went into this stunning transformation into a video and hosted it on my YouTube Account. I think you'll be pleased or at the very least entertained. :gabe:

  3. I must admit that thing is pretty sexy, especially in that color.

Thanks, I'm in love with red cars.

    As you wish

    blah!

    http://img594.imageshack.us/img594/4048/fangse.jpg

How's that for a blast from the past?

(That's going to go right past 90% of the members in here)

Seriously though, getting swirl out sucks ass.

I'm trying to find those old threads of Andy's before he turned it into a bizness, forget the bars and shit he used but he had some awesome success shots of various people's cars he recovered from painful paint abuses. Those old microfiber and claybar threads we had on here. Had to be years ago cuz I can't find em in searches (on accounta I'm a lazy fuck).

AudiOn19s where you at? Time to dig up some of that product info you pimped.

EDIT: Found it. It was the Zaino threads.

Andy is a magician and what he does. He is incredible. I've seen his work.

I don't think I'll ever come close to the detail that he does.

    Come detail my car, kthanks!

I don't do other cars besides family.

  4. Plasti-Dip your wheels? Does that really hold up?

    My head asplode.

It's been done, but looks like shit when rocks start hitting it if there aren't enough coats

There have been numerous reports of Plasti-Dip actually melting on the track because it can't stand the heat.

  5. Has anyone ever went down on a girl in the dark only to turn the lights on and realize she had a yeast infection and you look like Santa clause with a cottage cheese beard? No... Me either...

    aw I just lost it.

    :funny:

  6. Anyone have experience with these? I just purchased 2 more lens and some filters and I need a bag (or I thought backpack) that I can walk around with if I'm in a city or keep in the car at a meet to swap lens, filters...etc.

I have a 18-55mm, 55-200mm and a 35mm prime lens...probably will be purchasing another prime lens sooner or later.

Just wondering what brands and models I should look out for, thanks.

  7. Rich, what color do you need it?

Krylon has plastic primer, and other plastic paints that you can rattle can on there...don't know what the part is for though and if it actually needs to be perfect though.

  8. Good, welcome to CR.

You seem cool, maybe you can get me a discount on hair products ?

You work your magic and I'll work mine. I can get some styling foam on the cheap

    :fuckyeah:

Seriously, the guy had a 2001 M5 in his sig, they go for 15,000 to 20,000 on yahoo autos. Am I missing something? What's exotic about it?

I don't call any BMW exotic, that's just me though.

  9. Now work your magic on this...

Is that single stage paint? It looks like a nightmare, but everything is possible.

I want to learn how to do this so bad. The black Solstice I just picked up has a lot of scratches in the clear coat that I want to get out.

    Start reading up on Autogeek.net

That's where I started reading up years ago. There are tons of beginner kits out there for people who just want to start out. But be warned it gets expensive quick. If you have any questions feel free to PM me. I'll be more than happy to help/if you want to try anything out that I have extra of...I'll send it your way.

Looks great man, I love those cars.

    Thank you!

  10. Cool car. You don't see many/if any of them around much. Sucks the clear bra installer did that. The owner should discuss this with him and make it right.

There is only 1815 made in the US. From what I know personally. There are 4 people that have M Coupes in Ohio.

The clear bra was cut on the car. There are cuts into the Clear Coat that can only be caused by a razor blade, or similar...that just happen to follow the outlines of the clear bra...go figure.

The PO was in Texas, so who knows who did it. All I know is that it's right now

    Stunning.

Def. seen that car out @ ackerman before.

    HERE SPRING SPRING SPRING

Yep, I was able to get out there a couple times. You'll see me more often this year as well. I'll be in SMS.

    Great work, really.

Nice job, car looks amazingly better.

    Thanks everyone.

I've had them on a number of vehicles and never had any issues at the seems. IMO that was cut on the car. My installer is very good and performs a lot of custom cuts. Not everyone uses the more expensive pre cut ones.

Same. When I worked at a tint shop in HS, my boss cut on the car all the time, it just seems that this one was careless and didn't care about the aftermath.

  13. This is my favorite hobby. Thought I'd share it with you guys. This was done a couple weeks ago.

Car has been severely neglected from any proper washing technique. There was holograms all over the car, not to mention the PO had a clear bra installed and the installer actually cut the clear bra on the car, and CUT INTO THE PAINT!!!

Needless to say, I had my work up for me. I wasn't going for 100% correction, because with the amount of damage done, I knew it was going to be too much time, I looked at around 90-95%.

  14. Hello. That's a very nice car, especially for someone so young! Welcome to the site.

I've been lucky to catch a deal I just glanced past...with the help of finance from the dad. With the current prices on these cars, I got a steal.

    Thanks.

    I bet you're a hair dresser?

    AMIRITE?

    :dumb:

    What if I was though?

shit I forgot to do this :yuno:

    You had your chance.
