    Need help

I have a pick-up truck and an open full-deck car trailer. You are welcome to use any combination of them; truck starting on Wednesday since it's in body shop right now. The truck has carried an R1 in its bed before and I believe a motorcycle can be carried on the trailer

    555?

The route I take goes toward the north east from Columbus and most times it's beyond "spirited driving". The last group who went with us from OhioBimmers were 10-15 minutes behind by the regroup point. The problem is scheduling; it's usually an all-day event including a late lunch or early dinner at Der Dutchman which means that large block of time needs to be reserved. However, often it's a last-minute decision or it was decided the night before. I guess we'll see.
  4. Talk to Danny Popp; he does have experience on C4.
  5. Congratulations ! Getting a '13 GT500 at MSRP or lower requires effort. Glad you got it.
  6. Let's sum up this thread. It's not a CTS-V. /thread
  7. Yep, my phone number is easy enough to remember anyway.
  8. You can buy my 4 when their tread depth has fallen below 2/32 ...
  9. My truck has a tauter chassis than an SN95; yes, I have driven one - a '94 Cobra back in 1996. I talked the owner to install Koni, Eibach, braces, and a few more chassis improvements. His friend had a stock '94 C4 and the "modded" SN95 couldn't even get half the chassis stiffness of the C4. The rear axle felt so unsure and the front was only half a notch better. I dubbed it "suspension by Jell-o".
  10. A C6 Z06 typically uses up the rear pair at a rate about twice as the fronts. Buy a pair and keep them in the basement if you will need rears next year anyway. Mine arrived this morning; they look like they are intended for a steam roller. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v733/posvett/Photo0583.jpg
  11. For those who own a car capable of utilizing the size, Tire Rack has a special sale on 345/30/19 MPSC; $239 plus shipping from the original $593. No idea when the special pricing will end. Click here.
  12. Paul - I am so so sorry.
  13. My favorite is actually the '50-'51 F1; they come with three-toothed grill. This one seems to be somewhat intact & the later-year bed doesn't look out of era. Interior is nice from the picture. I'd keep the engine and the transmission. I'm not a fan of the stacks and I'd rather have a quiet, hidden exhaust. The wheels don't match the rest of the truck. I'd add period-correct chrome bumpers and license plates. Sorry I don't live near Chilicothe; I wouldn't mind taking a look otherwise.
  14. I'm an adventurous eater, a foodie with a mission. I eat almost anything that won't eat me first. If I don't like one thing, I'll keep eating it until I acquire a taste for it.
