  1. Few minor things like new brakes and front shocks on the firehawk.

The 70 formula is going to be a long term project. It needs a lot of everything so just start cleaning and replacing 50 year old worn out parts.

  2. Upartit and Pick N Pull have their inventory online. I think PNP had a few camaros. Edison on McKinkey has a bunch of them too. All the interiors are picked over but you may find a mirror. Astros in Granville had a few too but they have odd hours. They are open 2-5 every day. Good luck
  3. Well if she is not willing to sell and move her options are very limited. You said she has old cars and other stuff. Try selling or scraping what you can which will help clear the land. But ultimately she has to be willing to change which means moving to better conditions and accepting help. It’s a tough situation for sure. Try getting her in touch with local elder services and make sure she is on assistance so she can at least live her best life on her ground.

Heck, reclaimed wood and old stuff is in right now. Have some new-urbanites come down and take the old stuff for their new high end properties. They would probably pay her.

  4. If the land is owned, clear anything of value and sell it. Use any money she gets to get her decent housing. Check local senior apartments and see who has waiting lists. A lot of HUD apartments have coordinators who help people, especially elderly go through the process. Find local HUD or affordable apartments locally by using HUD databases online.
  5. I'm not being a jerk, but I'm not sure what you mean by that?

In the early 70s the EPA and other government entities started adding all the pollution controls and regulation killed the muscle car era. I see a lot of similarities. We have cars making more horse power now than ever before. Racing is super popular and there is a ton of aftermarket support. So the government says we need more regs to restrict them and make everything better...again.

  6. Look for funds with a long 10+ year record. Invest in growth, growth and income, tech and international. The fees are important but look at the funds that have outperformed the S&P. All depends on your risk. You can also open a traditional IRA in addition to your Roth. Plus you can always convert your traditional to a Roth later. You just have to pay the taxes. Good luck.
