No, he does not want to do the jumbo home any more. Too much trouble for what he makes. You can save 15-30% having him get you your subs vs. a builder.

Depending on the size, I have used Barry Holmes to build several things for me as well as my existing home. He is a great guy to work with his cell number is 614-402-3090. His company is called Preston development and he usually has 3 to 4 homes going at any given time but has great subs that I've worked with him for years even through this slow down.

It does compact it, but it is then flat....follow it up by aeration and you are good to go.

I have a 60" JD and have that issue only on really bad ground, sounds as if you need to roll the property while it is still soft.

I have an X5 Diesel, it tows freaking fantastic and gets 30mpg on the highway. Used to always have a suburban or Excursion and would never consider going back.

It is aluminum panels, that cover the whole bottom of the car. They are full of mud which is why they look like plywood.
