Sounds like you should pull the codes and post up what all is in there. Check gauges usually only came on for me when I had low fuel, or low oil pressure I believe turns it on. Possibly low voltage and high water temp as well.

Check MAP and MAF, with it wanting to go with very little additional throttle it sounds like something TPS related, is the SES light on?

Supposedly if you log on between now and two weeks on live you'll get a $500,000 "stimulus" for the troubles on the launch. Never knew Obama owned Rockstar

I'm gonna give CPD a chance to at least prove their worth. If they don't come through ill figure something out. -
This. I see these come back on warranty all the time. They last 4-6 months at best with normal driving usage. Just saw you got it fixed lol. Hopeful you went ACDelco.

In the 4 months I've been on campus I've seen A minimum of 8 people get hit or damn close to it. Couldn't count the amount of parked cars hit. -

Luckily CPD swung by my work on an unrelated matter, and I spoke briefly with two officers regarding the issues. The short story is if I fill out a report they supposedly have a "division" specifically for hit and skip style things. They said I should be in good shape with with getting a reault so long as I can describe him and the bike which I can by my videos. Looks like ill file the report and go from there. Thanks for the reaponses and ill update with more info as I hear more. -

I thought about either calling my insurance provider and seeing what they could do, but they are lazy so I may save that for later if my first few resources and options don't come through. I'd rather just knock on the guys door and calmly confront him but that could be a bad idea. -

I'm looking for JZA70 tail lights (doubtful ill find them) but if for some reason I can't find them ill buy yours from you if they are in good condition. I needed another set as the seals on mine were going bad anyways and I wanted a spare set to "restore." -

I did but I was already late for stuff and just couldn't. I got his plate. At that point in time I had bigger fish to fry. -

This is why I think I'll likely eat it. I've only got liability so I'll be eating the cost myself. -
On Friday I was headed to my moms on 71N just north of Cooke road and south of 161. Typical stop and go Friday BS. Motorcyclist behind me was riding like a total jackass, first time we stopped quickly he almost hit me, second time he did, he hit the right back of my car and cracked my taillight and scraped my car up with about an 18" long scratch on my wing. The thing that pisses me off the most is he was an older guy, and KNEW he hit me. It looks like the clutch handle smashed his left hand on the grip. At first I couldn't really believe it, and after 5-10 seconds of watching him to see if he was going to pull over, I realized he wasn't. So I did what I knew best and put it in second and caught up to him fairly easily (although he was doing his best to get away when traffic broke). I pulled up next to him and literally layed on the horn, he finally looked over and I motioned him to stop since he hit me. By this point in time we were doing 80 in pouring rain and for both of our safety I didn't attempt to "make him stop". I got his plate, description along with make and model of his car and have him on video. I plan on filing a report tomorrow about this since CPD wouldn't come to my mothers in Polaris, and I was leaving for Gatlinburg literally right when it happened. So my main questions are, What will come of this? Do I stand any chance of this actually going further than a police report? What are my options as far as legal action against this asshat? He knew he hit me since he was shaking his hand, clearly in pain. Will this all be dismissed since it is basically circumstantial evidence? It just pisses me off even more since it was an older guy who knew better, not some younger guy who was just an idiot. I spoke with CPD on Friday when I called it in and they said this week would be fine to file a report, hopefully the rep I spoke with was correct on their info. I'll try to get a pic or two up of the damage. It's not very much but still pisses me off.

Not that it's really anyone's business but my own, but I literally get next to nothing for financial aid. By this I mean I get no "free money." I qualify for federal loans, and mainly unsubsidized loans at that. So if your tax dollars go towards anything, it is 10% of the cost of one semester's tuition, and not even the tuition, just the "subsidized interest" that I get. I'm certain if some stipulation came down saying I had to sell my car and drive a Ford Taurus in place of my Supra I'd do it, considering it would likely get better fuel economy and be cheaper to fix than my car. Don't get me wrong, I don't have issue number one with helping someone who is actually in need, and doesnt just think they are. The perspective I pay "next to nothing" in taxes actually made me laugh. If this is "next to nothing" then I would hate to see what "normal" is.

I think I've seen your condescend in most of your "points" you try to make on this board. If I remember correctly you got pretty fussy when someone commented on your Honda and minivan.... Anyways I haven't read a page of this thread , aside from some of Kirk's replies which were pretty cool to see the "inside" of what a medical professional has to say, but my thoughts are still how they have been for however long I knew about the gubment and politics. They should stay out of our lives. We shouldn't be paying anywhere near what we are for taxes, how do we do that we ask? Simply put as soon as the gubment spends money that's a tax on us. Think of the millions fraudulently claiming welfare, food stamps, disability, etc. Everyone wants a piece of a gubment tit to suckle on. Example A: 30's chick I work with. Single mother with 2 kids, making $13.75 an hour. Babby daddy got put into prison for robbing a store when he was meth'd out. She makes a live-able income (before gubment money). She gets food stamps, along with multiple other forms of government assistance. She drives a 2009 Lexus LS 460. This is a $400 a month car payment along with her 2004 Impala with 22's on it, and a 2001 Impala with a "Custom" paint job. She vacations for a 4 day weekend once a month and never has a shortage of money to spend. Can one of you dem's or whoever EXPLAIN to me how exactly she needs help? I'm 22, work my fucking ass off, and still stretch to pay for school and rent every month, along with 2 "nice" (if you can call them that) things I have, and have not once even thought of asking for help beyond the FAFSA. This is where it get's really interesting, she purposely sandbags her work "availability" to ensure she doesn't work too much to get her assistance taken away!! Is this real fucking life? This woman literally cannot add 7+5 and get the right answer the first time around, let alone spell most words correctly, and she does this...Imagine how many more people do this all the time. I hear customers come in all the time talking about how excited they are for "ObamaCare" to roll out so they can get all their medical issues fixed for free. I honestly laugh my ass off and have to do my best not to try and make reality blow up in their face (since you know, most people have a job to pay for things, not Uncle Sam). This is just one employee in one of the smallest stores, and many more, shall I say "like her" are in our company. Flame as you please. Edit: Some of you should watch these, this man had the answers (or at least more than most had). People thought he was a crackpot old fool, and now looking back everyone see's what he was saying. For the record I'm mainly stirring the pot.

You'd be amazed what putting a great player on a team does to everyone else. Talents arise, and people play. It happens all the time, team goes .500 one year Jimmy McAllstar transfer or trades in and bang, stats Go up and the team goes .790.
