I was stationed in nc and this girl I knew back in school. Kinda had the hots for each other but never dated.. Well her family went south to so resort about 140 miles one way.She sent me a message over face book and wanted me to come see herNormally I would say no but she insisted it would be for my best interest. I'm like game on... Drove there at fairly fast rate.. She's smoking hot.. I'm excited... Needless to say it was the worst lay I ever experienced.. Dead fuck... Wasn't a pleasent smell and was a little on the flappy side... Needless to say after that if it wasn't in 30-40miles Max range it's not worth it..so here's my question for yal.. When you take the driver mod out of racing it just isn't fun anymore. Gtr is like a video game. Push buttons and click..Something anyone can do and runs 10's in stock form. If you ever visit nagyroc and hear how cocky most those guys are like they can out drive 99% of the street cars soley because there car does everyhing for them then you might catch a glimpse why I hate gtr's..Maybe I'm just being predigest or perhaps is just a rival thing against vettes and gtr's..

Hmm now stock gtr's are allowed to run at test n tune.. Now the 08+ rule should change because an 06 c6z with a extremely good driver and great track conditions can mop out a high 10.. Well since your car is 2 years shy of the 08 mark and you surpass the 11.49 et go home your done for the day.. I really hate how they have these dumb rules... It's not the 80's or 90's where it takes an excessive amount of mods to run a 11.5 pass... Should lower it to 9's= roll cage for all vehicles in full street trim.. Sorry your gutted race car needs a roll cage regardless of et/traps..

I would tell you to google the difference... Long story short z51 trans ratio is idea for cars around 600hp great for 0-150 or low rolls.. Zr1 ratio is better for 50-200 and idea for cars around 900hp. Zr1 has an extremely long first gear (73mph) and has a tighter4,5,6 gear and make 6th gear useable..The 3.90 diff added to the zr1 trans is recommended for very tight road circuits while the 3.73 is best for Road racing..So as you see the z51 tied with 3.90 is a sprinter but runs out of steam.. End of 4th at 138.. That's if I had 28in tire on.. Or with my 25in streets 4th ends at 124mph... With the zr1 gearing 3.73 and 28in tire I should hit 145mph in 4th which is about what you race to in Mexico And from a 40 roll I'll still be in first in the meat of rpm instead of current 2nd at low rpm... All these numbers was from a calculator at 6500rpms.. Now do you understand why you would want a 28 in tire with3.90 gears?Do you want me to copy and paste from multiple sites so you'll understand better since I clearly don't know what I'm talking about Here hot rod?
