That's what I ran into and ordered it from amazon. However it took too long to deliver and was a week of just calling and getting no answers. As much as I like the TV, I will be much more cautious about what I order from Amazon in the future.

This is the one I have. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung-65-class-64-5-diag--led-2160p-smart-3d-4k-ultra-hd-tv-silver/5184121.p?id=1219646565339&skuId=5184121 Like I said its not lightning fast, but it has improved with each software update. I also need to update the firmware. Also the TV learned the DVR and I can control the guide with the TV remote, which is nice. That is not exactly perfect though. It did crash a few times before the last update, but it has only crashed the youtube app one time since the update.

Buy "cheap" smart TV with shitty processor and get lag. Buy a nicer one and its not as big of an issue. My JS8500 is not super fast, but its definitely better than what you are describing.

I still enjoy my 65" Sammy. Great choice and it was the largest non-curved model I could find. Some bugs in the operating system, but its pretty neat how I can control everything from DVR to Netflix with one remote. IMO the best option is to pick the best Samsung your budget permits. They are all priced per MAP pricing (similar to precision turbo) where no retailer can price it below a certain amount off the TV's. So pick the nearest and best support and buy it there. Any big chain will have the same price.

And to think I had lenders up here telling me my 700+ score was weak because I didn't have a lot of credit history (I paid only a cell phone bill each month and the rest was cash purchases) I demanded zero PMI and no escrow and the only way I was approved for my loan was to have 20% equity. I had another lender deny me on the no escrow for taxes condition because "every new home owner is required to do so" ...which was obviously a lie.
-
My only house buying tip is to start out with 20% down so you can avoid the PMI. And pay your own taxes. Don't let a escrow company hold your money for free. There is zero benefit to escrowing your taxes unless you are completely financially irresponsible, which I gather is not the case. As far as taxes, I'm near Canton (3 hrs from cbus) and my taxes are 3k annually.

Congrats on the feature. Its always good to get your car in the media scene.

Update: Link added. Selling my house myself questions
miller11386 replied to BigOxley's topic in Dumpster
I wish you luck with your sale. For all the time, hassle, etc, its probably worth getting a realtor and letting them handle it. That being said comparables in that area are all over the map. Some places sold for as little as 110k last year, and others have sold for nearly 300k. Obviously condition and updates probably dictate these differences. If you do sell yourself, be sure to get good high resolution photos of the house and upsell the features. Take the time to make the listing perfect. Don't list all the bad things, but explain what you know if its asked. If you get photos up I'd like to take another peek, so will wait for that update. As others have stated finding a buyer is going to be the hard part. I know I would never be interested in a little city house like that. Nothing wrong with it, just not my preference. -
I actually work with the GM warranty labor rate engineer in Detroit. I will be sure to tell him to adjust his rates.

In case anyone is looking for a sky redline, pretty decent car in cinci for $12,500. Just needs some TLC. Low miles as well. http://www.skyroadster.com/forums/f39/fs-2007-saturn-sky-redline-27-000-miles-cincinnati-oh-72066/

Sky NA suspension is somewhat lacking. The interior in all those cars is about as cheap as it comes (esp if you are use to BMW interiors)
-
Not sure what you exactly drove, but they are not all the same. The solstice is a big fat turd. The sky NA has shitty suspension and is underpowered. The sky redline with some upgraded braces and a tune (under 1k in mods) I will drive around 99% of all cars. on a twisty road. Underpowered? I'd say slightly so. Ill handling? Definitely not!

Just another RX-7 Built-Coltboostin Style

You are always pushing the limits of stock motors. I may faint if you actually put a motor together with aftermarket parts to withstand your power goals! lol -

Any thought of just putting a cam and rods/pistons in your LS1 that is on the floor? Single setup should be fun. Have you decided on a turbo? -
Media services for the purpose of marketing are a very good idea to build your resume. That being said, marketing has and always will be a volatile profession. Its not like being a Doctor, an engineer, or even an accountant. You are always expendable/not a functional necessity, and that's something that I never liked about that career field. In either way I wish you luck. Maybe we could talk to Alex and get an article written up on my car to help you and BPA in some way.

Hudson is not all its cracked up to be. I understand you are disappointed, but the taxes will slay you there. Also there are some snobby folks there as well from my experience. Anyway in my opinion, I would work on keeping the day job, and improving your skills via your other modes. Published articles, and perhaps marketing for a local shop or doing some side marketing work would help develop your "rough experience" into tangible experience. I would hesitate to up-root your life and go to an entry marketing position. Its all glamor at the top end, but they hire and fire entry level people for nothing. They don't exactly pay that great either. I wish you luck. Its frustrating to want to move up the corporate ladder and you just cant quite reach that next rung.

WWCRD: Family member buys my car? With a twist...

Take their money Place said money in the glove box Light everything on fire in your fathers lawn ?????? Profit -
They are work horse trucks. Cladding turns chalky, but its more of an aesthetic issue than a functional issue. My 2002 avy (1500) has the same issues with cladding. Everyone who needs a hauling truck seems to like it. You keep on the maintenance and she will keep towing. They average 7-10mpg loaded, so don't think you are going to get some nice mpg from them. They get maybe 12-13mpg unloaded.

Well its that time of year. Car is on jack stands and getting the once over. As you saw earlier, i have the drivetrain out of the car and inspected everything from the motor back. I havent had a reason to pull it, but the tilton seems to be happy in there. With only 10-15 passes this year, I figure its got quite a few more passes in it before i need to up the shim size. So i did a quick peek in the inspection windows and all seems to be in order. I then ran the car for a while on jack stans and got the E85 out of the car and put some 93 in. Content is down to about 25-30 percent ethanol with maybe a gallon of fuel left in the stock tank. While running, I sat in the car on the jack stands and realized how few miles i have actually put on this car. I bough it 3 years ago (12/22/2012) with 82,500 miles on her. Flooded and destroyed, I rebuilt the car and after getting it out in August of 2013, I put about 600 miles on. Then the car was torn down, put on the 88mm and put the spool setup from Joel Grannas in the car. That means it started 2014 with roughly 83,100 miles or so. I pulled the engine in July 2014 for new rings and a full rebuild. Didnt get very far that year, but in 2015 i did a few dyno days, a few photo shoots etc and here is the current ODO reading: 83,363. I hope to do better next year. Moving right along, I had a conversation with Alex L at BPA and finally got a fire lit under me to get some work done. Into the Diff i went... (trying not to screw it up too badly) Luckily everything looked to be in great shape other than the "West Virginia" style ring gear. All i needed to order was a Ring/Pinion set and the pinion bearing from Elmhurst (Thanks Allen for your help!) These parts should show up in the next couple days and I can get it all back together. And finally, (at my surprise) I found out that the photo i submitted months back is featured in the 2016 precision turbo catalog! I hope to get a few copies from local dealers to add to the treasure trove of car stuff. I hope that 2016 will bring a better year of racing and finally get those 9 and perhaps that 8 second pass I've been chasing. Once I get in the 8s, good by V160 and hello TH400

Guinness makes a good wine. Comes in metal cans. I hate all wine. It all tastes like rotten grapes to me. (because it is)

the house I bought in June has one. Nothing to worry about at all. I would ask for the paperwork of who installed it and what the radon levels were before and after the install just for due diligence.

Not worth sitting on hold for another 3 hours to get a "sorry it wasn't our fault" With my 3 hours of use, it is as amazing as expected. The picture is clear, the remote is pretty neat (Like a Wii controller) and there are very few buttons on it. One button that just kills me is the "Smart TV extra" where the TV will actually pull up facts about the show you are watching and even the most up to date twitter comments with show hashtags. Needless to say as my lady friend was watching "my 600 lb life" the tweets were unreal to see. All in all I am very satisfied with the TV and my purchase. I need to work on a good stand and getting it all finalized and in place. After I have a bit more seat time with the TV I will review it if people want to know more about it.

Yes it was delivered at 4:15 last night. None the worse for wear, just me being aggravated by the whole process. All the people who "promised to follow up" did not do so either. Both Amazon and XPO promised to call when it was out for delivery and follow up after it was delivered.

Hoping for the best today. Amazon.com shows out for delivery.
