    Car detail

Tom's guy Julius is the best!
  2. I have a cool little tool that plugs into an outlet or light socket and tells me which breaker it is connected to. For a free CCW class I would be willing to come out and take a look... ;-)
  3. Since it's giving lean code, I would look at fuel system. Check fuel pressure.
  4. Wow! You have been a that a long time. I am impressed with your perseverance. And, the project looks good too!
  5. I know you said you wanted windows, here is another vote for a Chromebook. Been using one for over two years and I love it. I have spent virtually zero time on maintenance. Just turn it on and it works.
  6. No response from seller here.
  7. Nice looking truck. Why did he tear it apart? Did he think he knew what was wrong with it?
  8. I have two bays available in an attached garage at 71 and Cook Rd from now through March. Asking $75 each.
  9. Do you have some kind of a price list Andrew? Also, if I had a need for more than just a supply of steel, do you guys do engineering also?
  10. Keep the wife happy. If it is selling for half its value, you may be able to make a case and keep the wife happy. The deal of the decade comes along every other week.
  11. I have a couple of old real estate signs I would donate to stick the vinyl to.
  12. They should be much less active as the temp get cooler. But if you don't want to deal with it, I always use Cook's Termite and Pest Control. 614-253-1085
  13. Cybe has summed up the area pretty well. I lived at the corner of Maize and Garden for 5 years from 2006-2011. I still own that house, one beside it, and a duplex in the area. It's not a bad area really, but I won't buy any more property there, because taxes are out of control, schools suck, and the police really don't investigate "minor" crimes which leads to lots of minor crimes.
  14. Who is the builder? I am pretty sure M/I and Dominion offer 30 year structural warranties. There was one that offered 40 years.
  15. i know a guy. pm me for his info. he just finished putting a glass coating on my fd. IT LOOKS FANTASTIC! saved me from having to get the car painted. i think there are some pics on here from when he did the initial work in may. i thought is looked good then...
  16. You could try the old fashioned one man bleeder. Attach a piece of tubing to the bleeder and submerge the other end in a bottle with a little clean brake fluid. Then you can just keep pumping the brakes. Submerging the tube in fluid prevents it from sucking air when you release the pedal. Sometimes works better than power or vacuum bleeders.
  17. Not exactly. Usually strut tower, core support, or on the hood.
  18. Not familiar with a134. I assume you mean R134a. I don't recharge by pressures. They very a lot with atmospheric conditions. I always evacuate and recharge with the correct weight of refrigerant shown on the manufacturer's tag.
  19. It depends what you mean by cheaper. Of course it will be cheaper now to do only one, but if the other becomes a problem later, you will be paying for the evac and recharge again. And probably some of the labor overlaps. Let me know if you want me to take a look at it.
  20. My labor guide shows about 2 hr each or 2.5 for both.
  21. I have had good luck with brembo rotors and Wagner thermoquiet pads.
  22. I agree with tom. I think you are looking for bigger bars first.
