Rack pulls? I've not done them, but thinking about trying them to help the upper part of the lift. Kinda like benching off boards.

I definitely want forearm strength/growth, that's why I only use them when I have to. Chalk helps, I also go overhand as long as I can before switching to alt. You ever do deficit work? I want 500 this year.

Nice lift, I'm gettn' there. I agree, not looking to argue, I only use a belt for my heaviest lifts as well. On a work day though I'd rather get that one last back rep than lose it due to grip. Grip gets worked another day as well, just preference.

I rarely use them, only on heaviest sets of shrugs/deads. I'm all about grip but not at the expense of my 500 lb deadlift. For what it's worth, I didn't use them for my last pull of 445, just alt grip

Anyone have experience with versagrips? Any other straps recommended? I don't use em much, but shrugging 405x8 leaves my wrists bruised and bloody with my old animal straps.

One more guess, when I had the same issues with the same vehicle, I thought another pump went bad, but it ended up being a crank position sensor. Changed it in the driveway, not to bad with swivel extensions. Maybe look it up, hope it helps.

If you look at redline goods, they have installers in the U.S. now so you may not have to send it to Sweden. Might not matter if they need it for the design though. Either way, good quality work.

What year is it? I had an 01 JGC that had a pump recall for the same symptoms.

Sounds like the fuel pump is shot. Gets hot and quits.

Nice collection! You ever comfortably load up 5 adults in the G8 and race your brothers mustang? J/k, any mods on the cobra, those cars were popping up at the track a lot when I first got into racing, loved the sound of 'em.

My buddy has an 06 Volvo s60, he wants to buy a used key fob on eBay. I have always programmed my own keyless entry fobs for my cars, but I can't find a procedure online, and most people say the newer Volvos have to be done at the dealer. Is there anywhere else in town that I could get a key fob program to an '06 Volvo s60? Thanks
