This is what I have at my workbench in the garage. Surprisingly comfortable. Also reclines damn near flat for afternoon napping! Definitely not some crazy high end, ergonomic, massaging, 752 adjustment, corner office chair, but I don't think you get those for $150. Besides, this one feels faster! Basement remediation is big money. Take a look at the outside of the area and see if there are any issues. ie: grade, downspouts, clogged gutters, failed building materials. Sometimes a lot can be done to slow the water. If it's ground water coming up/in, (crazy amount of rain in the last year), you may have to have a sump pump installed, or install exterior drainage. I was wondering the same thing, and guessed the same. I assume they take the frames that don't show any hands/tools and cut them together. Seems like you would have to have a pretty clear picture of what you wanted in a finished product.

I had the same thought, and I believe there's something to it..... But, remember that at least to of them didn't share the same genes.
