CNN says exercising is bad for you, I'm never doing it again. Did anyone listen to the Joe Rogan Podcast with Rhonda Patrick, about the vitamin D deficiency issue in the US? Some interesting correlation made between D levels and immune health/death from this virus.

I don't think it changed my opinion of him, but I already thought he was the greatest player ever. There are some great Athletes out there (Lebroney), but I've never seen a court presence like his. I wonder if watching this series has changed the mind of any younger folks who didn't live through it. I grew up in the 80's-90's, so I really enjoyed the documentary. Has anyone found any masks they really like? I'm going back to work in June and I'd like to get some decent masks to wear that aren't miserable and are effective. I'd like to use something with a valve to reduce heat, but understand that those only protect me and not everyone else. What are your thoughts on the pm2.5 masks/filters everyone is selling? I have not. I really enjoyed the bourbon barrel though. I need to do a little research on how often they release, as my bottle is a 2018 and I'd like to get another if they aren't going to release continuously. I'll let you know on the sherry. I am by no means a connoisseur but I do like rums and have become a fan of the rum barrel bourbons as well. It gave me a good place to start into the bourbon world, which I'm still struggling with, lol.
