  1. I have a few extras I'd let go with the car for asking price. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  2. Long story short, took it to CarMax, they showed an accident from 2009 that I had no idea about, so they offered a stupid low price. I've owned this car for 8 yrs and 90,000 miles with zero issues. Basically just asking more than they offered, priced to sell, clear title in hand. I'm also looking for a pre '67 C10, f100 or similar. CR price for quick sale: $11,000!! Tried to list any defects in the listing on Craigslist: https://columbus.craigslist.org/cto/d/09-pontiac-g8-gt-clean-title/6491126603.html Email has been blowing up, but no follow through. 7. Was it only the older gen rs4's that had manuals? Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  8. That is awesome Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  9. I'm guessing they are saying that the strut is bad due to the broken spring, and that you should replace both at the same time. If money is the main concern, you can buy a spring for $60-70 and install it on the existing strut. They aren't too hard. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  10. I'm in "toy" Limbo at the moment, as I've been purging G8 parts, and plan to take the car to CarMax this weekend. I plan on a classic, but thought I'd look at something to fill the gap untill we move. The Jag XJ and XJR caught my eye with the 510hp 5.0 supercharged, I was ready to go test drive one, until...... No available manual! Not even an option. I've told myself, I won't buy another fun car without a stick, but pickings are slim in the reasonable V8 sedan market. Not really looking for a BMW, which seems to be the only thing with a manual in this niche. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  11. Sounds good, it's a budget work truck, so I'll quickly end up with more money in wheels and tires than I have in the truck. That's still about 2" bigger than what's on there. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  12. I have a 3" lift and 1.25" spacers, so according to the forums I can do 285 easily, 305 with very minor plastic trimming. I don't hate the land roverish look of the 255/85/16's either. Really open either way, just looking for some more height. Wider would probably be better for stability. Brake setup is sold. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  13. You could just put together the best budget mud tire set for the 4runner that you'd suggest. I'm open to anything 33-35ish"tall. Leaning more towards the 35 range, but wouldn't pass up a good deal. It's still got 16" wheels. I only put about 10 miles a day on the truck. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  14. Hahaha, still sitting in the corner of my garage, next to the 4 I own. I have quickly forgotten about them when we've talked about them, as I'm never on the south side. It's actually one of those and one of these: I can throw them in the 4runner, and drop them off if I'm ever on the south side, or I can move them outside the garage door if you happen to have a guy on this side of town. I'd gladly keep them and just buy you new ones, but mine are 4 ton, and I'm not crawling around under a 2 ton evercraft. BTW, I checked on the recall, and it looks like it only affects the model before these.
  15. Also have stainless rear brake lines. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  16. I also have a set of hooker maxflow axlebacks with tips. They are home welded and supposedly only had 150 miles on them when I bought them. $150 Also have a set of powerstop drilled/slotted rotors and pads. $100 Will get pics. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  17. Slim chance, but I know there are a couple guys with g8's here. This is my ad from the forums, so prices picked up are negotiable. Everything is like new never installed. In exact condition I bought it from crazy Paul, Greg at pace, or holdenUSA. Selling the car, didn't have time to install. Pricing parts to move, I basically googled each part then priced it lower than I could find. P 1. Holden/gxp steering wheel, $325 shipped. 2. Holden shift knob, $75 shipped 3. Holden black lower window trim, $175 shipped. 4. Black long Roof strips, $100 shipped 5. Plugs for roof strips (4), $20 shipped 6.Black mirror caps with LED signal, $150 shipped 7. Holden key fob sticker, $20 shipped 8. Holden badge, sold as a cover up for steering wheel logo from crazy Paul. $25 shipped 9. Black cup holder trim (new one in bubble wrap) $35 shipped. 10. I do not know the ins and outs of the RR industry, but I know that it's the only one I've heard of with benefits close to ours. May be different unions, but the retirement is great if you get headed on the right track....... Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
