  1. Let me know when you're ready to have it removed.
  2. This is most important, you can't do much for someone else until you get right with yourself.
  3. Congrats man, I know you've been through a lot, this should only help things get better. Welcome to the dar.......er light side!!
  4. We use Jeff Chaddock in Gahanna, and have been very happy with him/them over the last few years.
  5. Great shots Wags, that blue on the camaro just jumps out at you. I know nothing about photography, but I would imagine you need ridiculous shutter speed to get shots like that with no blur? Can't wait to see this years.
  6. Haha, reminds me of the old stinger exhaust for Baja bugs. I'm sure it'd sell a few simply for being different, and he can probably make a few variations. Everything up to the y is the hard part.
  7. Haha, very helpful analysis, as I have no clue......... But I was talking about what the Asian chick was saying.
  8. So, what about that beetle? You buy both?
  9. Wouldn't your insurance company go after them??
  10. How sticky/specialized are we talking on tires? Right now I have falken 453's or hankook v12's I can put on.
  11. I installed the FE3's with my pedders springs, so you're probably right about the sways being the most noticeable improvement I can make. I'm guessing body roll is not your friend in autox (or anywhere else!). I'd love to do a track day, but autox will prob be a better starter lol.
  12. Nice car, I am impressed that she wanted an m6
  13. Oh I know, it is more just that I need to blow 225 in Jegs certs, and there isn't much else I can get engine wise.
  14. That is really cool, what a lucky chance encounter!
  15. I don't dismiss school, it's a lot of work and a great accomplishment for those who've finished. I simply wasted time on a degree I've never used. I dislike school, but I can handle it if that's what's required. I prefer tests and quizzes to projects and papers, which I know is different than most. I got a 29 on my act test, but hell, that was 14 yrs ago lol. I'm aware this thread may make me sound a little ungrateful, but I want to provide my kids with things I didn't have, and maybe own a few of those toys so many on CR have.
  16. Yeah! We can have our own class, with a fat ass trophy.
  17. I'm below 100k right now, that's what I'm aiming for first, but I hear what you're saying. I'm 32, so I'd like to think I'm far from my top income point. You guys are right, I'm grateful for my job, but there is no where to move up to from here and it doesn't make business sense for them to pay me a large amount more. I already make $10k more than my predecessor. I could stay here for 5 more years and get maybe a dollar a year or so, but then I'm 37 and still not on the path I want. I have turned down many other options that were a dollar or two more because I'd lose the freedom I have now. There are 2080 work hours in a year, so a dollar an hour is just not much in the grand scheme. Hell, a $5/hr raise is $10,400/yr. A lot of money unless its stretched over 5 yrs and you figure inflation and taxes.
  18. Yeah, strictly for fun, and to eventually get the best time I can out of the car. I don't expect to win anything with a 4,000 lb car
  19. Which suspension mods should I do next?? I already have pedders springs on all corners to stiffen it up a bit. CTSV 4pots waiting in the garage for the front, and decent sport tires in 245 and 275. I have $225 at Jegs who carries BMR products. Which would I gain the most from; any bushings, sway bars, trailing arms, etc..... Which would you do first?
  20. I would definitely be interested in project management, these jobs just seem scarce or require the degree.
  21. Thanks again guys. Dropped the Porsche off at northend, on Thurs and the guys were very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable.
