  1. Look up other companies like I suggested. I pay ~ $1200/yr on the supra with an agreed value at $75K with the no mileage restriction either. Be also cautious with the speciality of Hagerty and Grundy as they restrict you to be in route to a car show or other event for coverage. Driving to and from work or doing any non-car event related events deem to be not covered in the event of a loss.
  2. HPDE stuff is separate unless you go with lockton affinity I believe. No primary insurance will cover this. Look up on-track insurance for quote based on your degree of value coverage. I have agreed value thru Grange on my supra. full coverage, towing , rental and No restrictions for usage unlike Haggerty and Grundy. Call your local grange rep or I suggest McFall insurance in Kettering, OH. That's who I work with on all my insurance coverage.
  3. Busch avenue was nuts. QSL was about the same as well. I think I will avoid both next year...
  4. Going the show again on Saturday with my wife. She enjoys the old cars.
  5. What are the show hours?
  6. Performance Auto Spa here for 3 of my cars

    Cayenne

Isn't that same issue with the 911s in the same years?
  8. Do they align on Saturday? I need redo my supra after finding the tie rod mount was bent on the driver's knuckle... What was the cost? DP
  9. My wife and I are debating to sell our house in Dublin in the next two years or less. We want to build but go towards Marysville/ Plain City. Unfortunately I think that area is next big thing for Prospective Dublin purchasers.
  10. Not an issue with the supra on street tires. Easily done...
  11. Stupid easy but thats for a guy who develops Commercial HVAC compression systems.
  12. One of the best things they could do for the crowd is raise the grandstands so you can see the car versus the walls and top of door frame. One of my pet peeves when going to this track and watching vs. running. DP
  13. And only (1) event for all to come together....
  14. If you relocate next season I suggest moving it North towards Worthington if possible.
  15. House of Japan is terrible...
  16. What are you asking for the vette?
  17. 7-8k and 5.3L GM engines will top out in the 1/2 ton chassis. Get closer to 10K and you will be screwed on hills at Jellico, TN. I did this with an enclosed hauling my supra with an avalanche. Go diesel and don't look back..
  18. Credit union all the way. Penfed and Abbey CU member here.
  19. Clay, Have you considered changing the frequency to fine tune and increase the attendance? (I.e. Every other week)
  20. What's not to understand? There was another thread discussing the successes of the Dayton meets vs 2 CBUS competing group meets.
  21. This has been discussed before hence why Dayton's C&C is much more enticing to attended then any of the Columbus events. I applaud Clay for establishing the right mindset but the other group which pulls a certain type is about buying friends or checkbook stroking than being car enthusiasts. In the end it's a gathering and not a business venture like Paul believes.
  22. I second the inquiry about reproducing as I have my eye on a few C5 ZO6s for dedicated track duty... Great job and I would love to hear it vs. a standard long tube z06 with equivalent mods. DP
