I thought there was member with a mustang in Hillard doing PC on the side.. I have some minor piping that I wish to be done but I can't find the thread he was commenting in.

Any ideas?

Timing belt is not hard. A little time consuming, but not difficult if you pay attention. Get the Jay Racing timing belt kit...pull up the vFaq instruction page...and you will be good.

I second this from JayRacing not only because Jay is a DSM guru but a very close friend since 8th grade. ... He has special tools for this fix that he sells.

When do you foresee your next slot to work on that IC pipe issue?

I'm looking for a quick turnaround as the season is upon us.

EGR creates more issues than help. I have it blocked permanently on my supra and temporarily on my 3500 CTD.

Higher octane will not help at all. Octane is dependent on compression and timing needs. If it's designed for 87 don't run 93 unless you have modifications demanding the higher octane or crap ton of buildup therefore raising your CR causing knock..

Bobcat Fast Cat Pro here. I use it for commercial work primarily but my neighbors also look at me funny as I can mow my yard extremely quick!

Was, but got an email confirming yesterday the 1/2mile event on Thursday at Ellington Airport is now cancelled. I was signed up and looking forward to it since its been 10yrs since I had my car down there.

No interest in roll racing or drag racing any longer.

Planning to go but trailering the car will occur.

I will be doing 1-2 of those events this year. Most likely with the MORPCA or NORPCA as my college friend suggested those groups which he runs with his track prepped STI.

Not a lot of options for Mazdas (edit - non Miatas & RX-7's/8's) really so whom ever had the best deal & reputation.

That is one of the employees car. The owner still has it and has done more engine work with the cylinder head.
