If you port the 9mm stay away from federal 9mm cheap stuff, in small print on the box it says "not for ported firearms". I found out the hard way. I don't like FTEs.

My father purchased this one, It was left to me. Sorry, I love shooting it and so does the wife, almost no muzzle flip. I bet it will compromise eyesight at night though.

As I look on Tire Rack the Michelin pilot super sport look to be the best buy @ $242 a tire. Especially since the consensus seems to be the same here.

I liked my Bridgestone Re-11s on my last STi. Looks like they can be had in my new size too. But may want to try some Michelins. The Dunlops scare me as the Dunlop SP Sport 600s that came on the car lasted less than 2 summers. I think my Blizzak LM-60s will last through next winter for a 4th winter.
