yeah it was the tstat. I replaced it and the check engine light is off.......also, the temp gauge is actually reading normal instead of cold. THANKS GUYS/GALS

it used to. But last night when the check engine light turned on, the gauge didnt move at all so im guessing the thermostat. Do i have to drain the radiator fluid????N E ONE KNOW? THANKS

i went to AAP and got the codes pulled and came up as insufficient coolant temp. This has to be it because the temp gauge is not moving. It stays at cold. He said its a sensor that connects to the block. Would anyone have a clue where that might be on my car? I have a 2000 ford contour 4 cyl. Should i not be driving my car?

I havent started up my stang in about 3 months and i go to fire it up yesterday and it wont idle below 1700-2000 rpms. I talked to a couple guys and they either told me A)IAC motor B)TPS sensor. We cleaned out the IAC motor and still didnt fix it. We even messed with the screw on the TB and still doesnt wanna go down. THANKS, i would app it very much. I need to get this thing running before summer.......

i have an 88 mustang gt. Do the heads your selling bolt right in? I just want some heads that have lower miles on them....the motor in my stang has about 180k.....as well as the injectors and such.........
