  2. I'd be interested in hearing details and prices on both. Thanks.
  3. No need for caps and underlining chief. My comment was a general, reflective one. I see your point.
  4. The funny thing is that the "old" guys here raced as much - and likely more - than any of the folks that are complaining about this site not racing. Priorities change. I didn't understand that 10 years ago. I do now.
  5. Ok. So after deleting 25 posts of BS...
  6. I can't. Notice that title 2 lines down from your name?
  7. Jason, I banned one person from this thread making threats. I tried to ban you from the thread. I suggest you remove yourself.
  8. Oh God. Everything from my gut downwards just cringed, followed by uncontrolled laughter.
  9. I think most people can see the difference between http://thecarlylefamily.com/images/carpics/avatarnew.jpg and this http://www.dragzine.com/news/video-tim-lynchs-all-new-outlaw-10-5-corvette-roars-to-life/ BTW, nice thread - http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-z06-discussion/2667401-new-fastest-c6z-in-the-country.html
  10. Yep. http://www.bestvalueautoparts.com/item.wws?sku=620-139&itempk=1050860&mfr=DORMAN%20OE%20SOLUTIONS&weight=0.50 Or, custom on a manual switch on the cheap. And my guess is that his issue is wiring or relay, not the actual fan.
  11. Found it elsewhere, from earlier this year (presumably before fan failure) http://tigscarsandparts.com/modules/catads/adsitem.php?ads_id=214
  12. I toyed with doing this myself, but after reading 10 online tutorials, and not having access to a lift anymore, no thanks. 2005 Grand Caravan SXT 3.8L. I'm looking for prices to replace rack and re-align van. GT Tire in Pataskala quoted me 4 hours which seems reasonable, but they must use gold-plated wrenches (long story). Thanks, and feel free to pass this along to friends/family in the field.
  13. Ha, wasn't really considering it for myself. Just thought I'd share for all the Ford freaks lurking around here. This is more my speed: http://columbus.craigslist.org/cto/1925784292.html
  14. http://columbus.craigslist.org/cto/1917392554.html Whatchya'll think?
  15. I am leaving with the truck and trailer now. Sorry. Ha. I kid. I kid.
  16. I'm 30 minutes East and would be pulling a trailer (loaded half the time if the deal went through). I may call him later tonight. I can't find a cheapish DD locally yet.
  17. Gouges in the bores. All valves open and close the same. Engines spins freely. No softplugs pushed out. Teeth still in dist. Busted springs. Signs of repaired block. What kind of transmission? EDIT - sorry, you said "not want" you to take it apart. I would never buy an engine I didn't hear run first-hand or was allowed to open up.
