My dad has a 97 3/4 ton Chevy 4x4 truck that needs a transmission. We found a good deal on a 4L80E trans and case from a 94 2500. Question is... if we make the lines and harnesses match up, are there any issues with the 97 computer running the 94 trans? Thanks.

I started on a 600 Ninja when I was 18 (with 6 points on my lic.) I also had some VERY close calls the first couple of months. I went from the 600, to another 600, to a 919, to a 1500.
