    It's not the price per gallon, it's the number of gallons being sold has declined. Federal taxes are not a percent, they're a fixed price per gallon.

    A frined from work had a horrible experience with Coco Keys, to the point that the owner personally refunded his money. He said the park was ok, but the service and room was terrible.
