No, I am not. I had just passed a car when I got the 77 in a 55. The 74 in a 40 was 14 years ago when my girlfriend (now my wife) called me and said some guy was chasing her. The cop was sitting in the 40 and clocked me while still in the 55. Since around 18 years old, I am probably the smartest speeder here, muwahaha. I speed everyday, and I am clean for 14 years.

A good friend has the same layout (actually the guy that bought your brother's Jimmy), and he just insulated his upstairs last year. His was also wood and siding. It made a WORLD of difference. His family is happier. He's also debating selling the Jimmy, fyi.

I can't believe this is a deal breaker for so many people. It's like that is the only thing people know about these cars. Pay my asking price or extremely close to it, and I'll put a new belt in for free. I know dealerships make a KILLING on belt swaps, but this is a cake job with cheap (re:before markup) parts.
