  1. Now, just trim down that sig pic.
  2. Welcome, good intro. +Rep for you.
  3. +1. Two different drivers can push the same car to two very different ET's. Have the 2 cars being compared been on a dyno? Hopefully the same dyno with similar weather conditions?
  4. http://www.time.com/time/business/article/0,8599,1845209,00.html?cnn=yes And I did not have time to verify it as a non-repost.
  5. Yep, except everyone gets $425.00.
  6. Anthony, when I told you it was quick, I did not expect you to bracket race it...
  7. 1999 Chevrolet Silverado K1500 Z71 - The 4WD LSX - 5.3L > 6.0L, track proven ../ubb/biggrin.gif Explain this. Thanks.
  8. Various State Attorney Generals have been on the news reporting the prices in their states are a result of price gouging and are asking people to report the offending stations.
  9. Guess the fuzzy dice and $25 wheels threw me off. I'd have a hard time shelling out 5K when I could get a 15 year newer Stang for the same price. Admittedly though, I don't follow early-80's Ford pricing. What was the hp rating on that beast?
  10. Not doubting any first-hand replies, but looking at Gasbuddy.com, KY and SC are still between 3.74 and 3.95... for now.
  11. Are there a lot of overpriced Mustangs around there?
  12. Here is a fact. Wholesale ended today up a whopping $.10. That is the price I can order a 10,000 gallon tanker at, RIGHT NOW. Rumors and fear are making some station owners wallets nice and fat today. EDIT. By "I", I mean Dad's station. Sorry. Double EDIT. I think the key phrase missing in some people's conversations is, "Wholesale prices near the gulf" jumped today." Ehh, my head hurts, and I hope I am right.
  13. Texas is good for < 25% of the US refining. 50% of those were shut down. That != 2/5 of production. Many facilities that WERE shut down in Louisiana are coming back on line. Areas around Texas should see increases. There is no legit way Kentucky and/or Ohio should jump > $1.00. Period.
  14. Then someone needs arrested. We were investigated for price gouging when we posted $4.00 a gallon on 9/11 just to stop the mile+ line of cars wanting in. We actually raised it exactly $.00. No rule of economics justifies $5 gas because of what a storm MIGHT do. All of this when crude traded for $100 a barrel today.
  15. There is no real limit. But, used tires are $10. How much have you spent on plugs?
  16. Thanks. I have "heard" this truck had factory 2 ohm speakers, but everything I am finding through Ebay and Crutchfield is 4.
  17. I want to know what resistance my factory 06 Ram speakers are. I have a multimeter. How can I test for the Ohms? Across the speaker? Across the wires with the radio on? With it turned up?
