Oh no, it's the dooms sayers.
Survival of the fittest. Don't lose any sleep over random bloggers. Seriously.
We - the U.S. and the world - have seen far worse conditions. Just not this generation. To be scared is understandable, but not warranted.
I have a 130/70R17off my Mean Streak that was starting to cup and looks to have 20-40% tread. Free if you just need one to sell your bike; I wouldn't give it you if you need one to ride on for a lot of miles.
My dad owns a Gas Station with a 2-bay repair shop on Maple Ave. He is looking for a part-time person. You would help run a small store and work in the garage. Typical garage work would be anything from oil changes to tire work to belts/hoses/accessories to brake work to exhaust work, depending on what your mechanical skills are and how much you're willing to learn from a guy who has been doing this for 40+ years.
He is the only Full-Service station left around him. You need to be able to:
Make change.
Run a cash register.
Know how to turn a wrench, or be willing to learn and listen.
Work nights until 10:00.
Lift semi-heavy things such as batteries and tires.
This is not like working at a grocery store style gas station. If you're interested or have questions, PM me.
Thanks
Vince
Funny thing is, I gave you positive rep, and as a Moderator, my vote counted as +5. I would like to take it back, but I can't. Have some thicker skin, take your initiation like something other than a 10 year old girl, and you would have been fine.
No.
That set was a 3/4 size for the spare bedroom. I "let her" spend away when it came time to replace our bedroom set. And yes, money spent on a comfy pillow-top is money well-spent.
I JUST threw out our $1200 mattress set Monday that we had stored in the bags in the basement. I think the bags make shit worse.
P.S. I can't believe my wife ever paid that much.
