  1. Take it to a gas station (i.e. SERVICE station, not a Kroger or Walmart).
  2. I would. But, it would be in a car that I built specifically for the show. It would be a cheap shell with a moderate drivetrain, just enough to support 1 large stage of spray, and 1 fake 2nd stage.
  3. "They're uneducated and don't know what they're doing", woman says in reference to Illegals working in the U.S. Ha. They know exactly what they are doing here. Would I do the exact same thing if I grew up poor in Mexico? Who knows.

Welcome. Don't act 14, post somewhere other than in the Kitchen, and you'll get along just fine. Pics of the restoration?
  6. Wow. I'm not sure how I would handle that situation. I can only imagine what I would do if an adult did that to my son.
  7. $4995. But wait, there's more. Act now, and get a full-size spare tire!!!
  8. Yeah, I love this truck to death (and it seemed to haul heavy ass Formula's quite well ), but me, a wife, and a baby seat > regular cab. There is a lot of room behind the buckets in this thing, but not enough for a kid.
  9. Throw a 1 in front of that number and we'll start negotiating.

Needs nothing now, tires in a year probably. Never needed ANYthing besides oil changes, been perfect truck. Pics here - http://nurkvinny.com/2002_Ram.htm http://nurkvinny.com/images/Vehicles/Trucks/2002_Ram/02ram2.jpg www.kbb.com shows - Private Party = $13,840 Retail = $16,070 www.nadaguide.com shows - Average Retail = $16,000 Average Trade-in = $13,425 I am asking $13,750. That is just below KBB Private Party, and barely above trade-in. I won't take below trade-in; there's no reason to. Only trades considered are extended cab 4x4 trucks. Couple more pics before emblem removal- Pic 1 Pic 2
  11. Deal. Don't forget to bring along the bank check for other $2295. Moron. linda lensing <djdjcricket@yahoo.com> wrote: I can bring you 2,900.00 CASH TODAY!
  12. Just had an offer of $2900 on an asking price of $5295 off Craigslist. I sent them the appropriate reply.
  13. I was once very close to doing that as a second job.
  14. Man, great trail, but why would you total a $3,000-4,000 Jeep?
  15. Remember the days when two guys would discuss a car, agree on a price, the buyer would go pick up the car within a day or 2 , and everyone shook hands and said, "thanks, good luck."
  16. When you want to sell that, let me know.
  17. I agree... tint and wheels would make it a different truck. I thought about doing exactly that, but I need a DD that has room for my wife and a baby seat.
  18. Funny shit. I just feel like driving to this guy's house and saying, "Hi, I am the Attorney General. Please show me your Blazer for sale... as described in your ad." I hate liars ans scammers with a passion.
  19. Ha, flagged down in 5 minutes.
  20. http://columbus.craigslist.org/car/282557879.html Here it is. There are at LEAST a half dozen things in this new ad that are different than he told me on the phone tonight. He said the tires were 2-6 months old. He said the battery was a couple days old. Said everything works fine; ad says a/c needs work. Exhaust was "brand new" on the phone. This guy is a joke.
  21. Oh, I know the scams. I had the Accord guy's name, work number, cell number, and work (electric company) e-mail address.
  22. If you guys see a 95 Blazer for $1600 on Columbus Craigslist, flag the ad down as spam.
  23. Short versions of 2 car "buying" experiences I have had within 10 days. Two weeks ago, there was a 97 Accord on Craigslist for $1500 with a dented hood. Called the owner immediately, offered to PayPal him a deposit and/or the entire amount right then, sight unseen. He said, "No, that's cool, no need, it's your's". We set up a time the next day to do the deal. Call him at lunchtime the next day, and he says, "the guy is here test driving it now." "Huh, wtf are you talking about? I offered to pay you YESTERDAY." "Haha, sorry man. Call me back after lunch to see if I still have it." Needless to say, that fucker (Dave) never got called back. Today, there was a 95 S10 Blazer 4-door 4x4 with 100k miles listed on Craigslist. I was the first one to e-mail him. He calls me back and says, "Vince, you were first to respond, do you want it?" "Yes. As long as it is as you described it in the ad." "Well, mostly. It has high miles." "You said 100k in the ad." "It has 200k miles." "So, I can assume if you're saying 200k, it actually has over 200k?" "Yes." "Yeah, no thanks chief. Fucker." Does ANYONE buy and sell cars honestly anymore? Fuck these people.
