Your disease is unfortunately...chronic. You will not be happy with a car, even if you look back and say, "wow that car was perfect for me " I have learned to live with it. I usually hate black,(I associate it with ricers running steelies) but with the polished lip, those black wheels would look nice with a silver car. Still mustangs should have chrome or polished wheels. I guess if you want to be trendy, black with polished lip. If you want timeless choose the chromed or gunmetal that you can maintain the best. I'm voting for gunmetal, because of 1. contrast with the body color and 2. Ease of cleaning and care.
