    Temp tags

I would advise against driving the car with no tags.
  2. Survivor Violent Femmes- Blister in the Sun.
  3. Sports Car Revolution is decent but I can't stand the Kazzer. He's some faux recording artist who's supposed to be in touch with the sport compact crowd and just brings the suck to the show.
  4. I remember seeing those plates on a green vert at the dyno day in may. His car owned me by setting my alarm off, just by him starting his car up next to me. He seemed like a cool guy when I got to talk to him.
  5. Yup, I found that out the hard way. It got through pop up stopper. That shit should be illegal.

    wax??

Meguiars NXT is supposed to be pretty good shit. Normally I would recommend Zaino, but you don't seem to be too keen on claying and multiple applications.
  7. If you have to ask if its ricey or not, it probably is.
  8. Yeah NBC4's website said it was a 21 year old. He passed away.
  9. How many miles on the body? Any rust? What condition is the soft top in? Plastic windows opaque or scratched? [ 28. June 2004, 10:43 PM: Message edited by: Mitch ]

  11. I know pontiac made V8 birds 67-68, but the TA package was not released until 69. So when the general released in 99 a 30th anniversary TA, it was hard to badge a 35th anniversary V8 car 3 years later. The real 35th anniversary firebird in 2002 was a V6 so why go to the effort to make a 35th anniversary edition that is now a poor selling lowly 6 banger. Not a whole lot of takers for a more expensive V6 firebird in 2002. It all boils down to arguing about semantics, sorry if you thought I was disrespecting the early birds especially the 69's which as you said were rare and extremely desirable to collectors. Dude, the sound of Trevors 69 has me jonesing for a big lopey cam so bad... BTW ThunderRacing's cams are on sale until June 30, I'm very tempted, if I didn't think it would kill the resale value.
  12. Firebirds were out in 67, but Trans Ams were not made until 69. Therefore no 35th TA and why make an anniversary edition (mo money) of a 6 cylinder? 35th SS's got the checkered stripes and they put out those yellow Collectors edition TA's so they could take advantage of the Fbody nut/collector. I'll look for a pic of CE TA headrests to see if they have some embroidery on them. Edit found the pic and the headrests have the firebird logo and say collectors edition. CE TA pics and info
  13. 30th anniversary TAs were white with blue stripes, white leather interior and blue wheels. Probably a good chance it was Trevor. Only 1000 coupes and 500 verts were made First page I found with pics
  14. Nice steering wheel smile.gif Got the same one in the Jeep
  15. Columbus and Delaware classes are listed as FULL for all of 2004 Sounds like a good deal, 16 hours of training for $25 and you take the test right then. Its scheduled one weeknight, then Saturday and Sunday on the bike.

    He WAS Beheaded!

Monkey see monkey do HERE is shouting unpolitically correct euphemisms on the internet at people who don't deserve it. Monkey see monkey do THERE is beheading people who don't deserve it. We all know the kill em all mentality is not the way to go about business. However, when the feds arrest an al-qaeda terrorist living in our city, plotting to blow up a mall that our friends and loved ones work and shop at, it kind of hits home don't you think. They don't play by our rules. I don't want to be one of the sheeple bowing to political correctness and paying for it in blood. (BTW Aaron, I am enjoying a wonderful Molson XXX 12 pack this evening, its worth reviewing)
  17. I searched and found a lot of stuff on Greenwood corvettes, but couldn't find any info on camaros. If its the same company they did a lot of Le Mans racing in the mid 70's. Seems they do mostly performance and aero body kits for C4's and C5's currently. Here is their website greenwoodcorvettes.net There is contact info at their site, so you could inquire if they did work on a limited number of camaros in the early 80's.
  18. Probably kick back in a chair, pour a brandy, light a cigar and tell OBL to put his head between his legs and kiss his ass goodbye.
  19. Repost from last year or not, she looked good then and she still looks good now. Thanks for the refresher, its good to keep up on things like that.
  20. Yeah it'll be great until just like in the 70's gas prices and more importantly unrealistic insurance premiums lead to their demise. Sad but true.
  21. Yeah the ridges is a weird place, very pretty, but unbelievable stories came out of that place.
  22. We agree!(they must be cold in hell) Let God sort em out.
  23. The fact there is a guy (or gal, to be PC) like Scott in every village, city or town in America is what makes this country great. Thanks bud it was good to see ya when you were back, Hurry home.
