As far a the MSF course, try to walk-in to the class. People won't show and they lottery off their spots. You must get there early they will hand out numbers for the lottery before they know if there is a spot open. Plus if you don't get in you won't lose any money just an hour or so of your time!

A lot of people have applied for they. You have to apply and they will be assigned in September.
