Patrick would run for Little E’s Nationwide team when not racing in IRL

Danica Patrick is close to a two-year deal to race for Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s NASCAR Nationwide team, ESPN reported Wednesday, citing an unnamed source close to the talks.

Patrick would make her on-track debut for JR Motorsports during Daytona Speedweek next February, ESPN reported.

Spokesmen for Patrick and Earnhardt declined to comment, ESPN reported.

Earlier this year, Patrick signed a contract extension with Andretti-Green Racing of the Indy Racing League, leading many to think she wouldn't race for a NASCAR team as well. But with only 17 races on the IRL schedule, Patrick should have room to run Nationwide races as well.

Second time 50-year-old caught having sex with the same animal

CONWAY, S.C. - A man caught having sex with a horse in a South Carolina stable has been sentenced to three years in prison.

Multiple media outlets report that Rodell Vereen was sentenced Wednesday after pleading guilty to buggery. A judge also ordered Vereen to get counseling and stay away from the Lazy B stables when he's released.

Authorities charged Vereen, 50, after a woman set up a surveillance camera and caught him on tape having sex with her horse in July. Horse owner Barbara Kenley said she had noticed her 21-year-old horse Sugar was acting strangely. She also noticed things had been moved around near the horse's stall at her stables in Longs, about 20 miles northeast of Myrtle Beach.

She said she staked out the stable and caught Vereen sneaking into the barn days later, holding him at shotgun point until police arrived.

Kenley had seen Vereen before. He pleaded guilty last year to having sex with the same horse and was put on probation and ordered to register as a sex offender.

Vereen has had mental problems for several years, but seemed to get better after getting court-ordered treatment last year, said his brother, the Rev. James Vereen, in earlier interviews. The brother lives just down the street from his brother and the stables.

"He's done all right when he was on the medicine. I don't know if he is still taking it," said James Vereen in a July interview.

Horry County police don't often investigate animal sex allegations, spokesman Sgt. Robert Kegler said. He said the last person charged with buggery in the county was Rodell Vereen in late 2007.

Kenley said she caught him then too. She stopped by her stable on Thanksgiving Day and found the man asleep in the hay by her horse.

NinjaNick --- Towards the end we all flew past a group of Harley riders and I remember just making it in front of their leader right before this big hill. I'm sure we pissed them fuckers off pretty good. About 2 miles later we all stopped at a gas station and a few of us parked on the side of the road across the street when their group ended up meeting with more of their harley buddies there. Anyway, I remember saying, "I wonder if they will try to start shit?" Then 2 Coshocton boys said if so they were going to keep behind me. Ben I hate to say this, but the coshocton guys set up more than their fair share of rides. They adjust the overall speed of the ride for peoples abilities. If people wreck it is not because of the group leaders but because the roads are harder to navigate. When they plan their rides people from Columbus, Dayton, Cleveland, ect attend because of the way they do it. So saying they don't add anything is a cop out.

I doubt anything was reported to you my theory is that another admin found someone mentioning her friend, told you and then you tried to get even by making it public. I could be completely wrong but whatever.

The word "private" does not change meaning based on the word that follows it a "private message" and "private group" should not be treated any differently. If you are going to have skewed morals please give everybody advance notice.

Obviously if you decided it was a bad idea and pulled it down. It was also a bad idea to make it public in the first place. You wanted your vengeance but after you realized who it would hurt you took it down.

Maybe the guys in that group were not the ones with the big egos, maybe they were tired about hearing about everyone else's
