2 stands for sale. Pitbull forward handle rear stand and Lockhart Phillips front stand. Will separate. Little surface rust on the LP stand from sitting. Doesn’t affect performance. Stands have worked great for me in the past. No bikes coming in the near future and tired of moving these around the garage. I disagree with your logic on not working for Lowes or the orange box. I do work for Lowes as an exterior sales associate. In home sales for building materials. GREAT job. If you work in the store the pro desk is where you want to be. Some of the best networking happens at the pro desk. I get the rear tire off of the ground, start the bike, put it in first gear, little gas let out the clutch and let it start spinning. I grab the chain with my hand and a wet rag and viola! Clean as a whistle. Anyone who who believes this is crazy. I only kid but have seen the aftermath of someone doing this, not pretty! Wd 40 is the best for cleaning.

I recently started another company in the investment property field. Just flips, no rentals. Detroit like Columbus has a land bank from the city. Property that has been abandon and the city takes over. In Detroit they auction them off and you are responsible for rehabbing it in a timely manner and finding/selling it for occupancy. The homes are cheap, real cheap. Anywhere from 1k to 5k. You do have to sink between 30-50k into them to make them livable again. They have a shitload of properties available and it peaked my interest. These houses are not in the best of areas much like Columbus as well. I know when I am getting into so I'm not afraid of the "bad" part of town. I have been approached with multiple kinds of weapons in Columbus, pipes, knives, been surrounded in a few living rooms by 3 or more men. I am just not familiar enough with Detroit to start throwing offers out. May have a road trip in my near future. Thanks for all your input so far. Unfortunately the properties are not north of 696.

Looking at some investments in Detroit ( I know those two things don't belong in the same sentence) here is the area I'm looking at: Ferndale area 102 south on 39 east on 94 north on 75. Pretty much west, northwest, north, northeast of Detroit. Staying south of 696. Thoughts on areas that are better than others? Personal experience is what I'm looking for. I already know it is a shitty area, but where is it less shitty? Lol

Thanks everyone for the feedback and knowledge on di Eco motors. I actually went in to advance auto today to get some techron cleaner and the guy tried to push sea foam on me. I told him what you guys have posted and he flat out told me that techron is junk and ford is full of shit. All they want you to run is junk so it breaks. I politely told him that's what I want and piss off. I asked him what he drives and then I walked off not waiting for his answer. I have cleaned it out a few time and have not had any issues since. I have also stopped in to pickups plus and they are going to give my truck a little pick me up. Oil separator, programmer, Dyno tuned with new intake. Should tune the motor a bit to run better. They are about 2 weeks out right now so I will keep you posted after that is done. R1crusher you have been very helpful, bowdog go back to ricart and get your money back, tonic thanks for the smartass remarks (and hippies drive subies), and everyone else who knows more about these motors than I ever will, thanks!

They also had no clue what turbo filters were.

Update. Took it in to the dealership today, no codes were thrown. Talked to the tech about the shimmy I'm feeling and he said he wouldn't worry about it and couldn't really feel it. I told him to get in and go for a ride. Shimmied like an sob. I asked him if he could feel it now!?!? He tried to balance the tires and rotate them. I told him that wouldn't do it but he still tried. Left there with the same shimmy I had going in. Seemed like the guy just didn't want to deal with it today. I'm taking it somewhere else for another evaluation.

That's about what I average now. I took a trip when I first got it and got 26 but not anymore.
