Never had one, but hernia surgery is so routine now you will have nothing to worry about man. JUST GO GET IT!! Id say you shouldnt be down for more than a week. Maybe 2 at the most. I guess it just depends how bad yours is. Better try to get some booty tonight! Good luck!

First thing I would do is clean the carbs. YOu may have a little piece of gunk in there that is keeping the jet stuck open. For being almost 15 years old, cleaning will not hurt. Thats for damn sure.
