I cannot get a copy of my lease even though I have been here for about 5 months, I cannot contact them via phone, I cannot get them out to my place to fix anything, and in general everytime I do manage to get to talk to the property lady, she is a bitch because I have to many cars..

I was told that there is a state law saying that if your company is relocating you out of town or 50 miles away, that the apartments you live in cannot charge you any kind of lease termination fees.. Does anyone know any truth into this as I really want to get out of this shithole place I am in.

Well there are a few options. You can take an MSF course where they teach you everything or you can go to like A.D. Farrows and take their Rider's Edge course where they basically do the same but better. I strongly recommend taking either.
